I bought a kitchen dining table and four upholstered stools. I chose it on the website, unfortunately, it was not available in the showroom. The order had to wait a very long time, more than a month, but it was delivered exactly on time. The quality of the products is very good, without complaints. Support operators, delivery service and pickers work well. The on-line payment system works perfectly. Full information is available on the order page. The only wish is that the information on the page should be in Russian, and not only in the state language. I advise my friends to use Divan.uz If you are ready to wait and take your time

Recently, a friend ordered a bed from them and her review is below:
On February 15th, I ordered a bed for the apartment. I was told that the nearest delivery date for the weekend would be February 21st-22nd. As a result, on the 19th, I called the manager and asked him to move the date to the 25th, saying in advance that I live alone and in order to be at home on the 25th, I would take time off from work. She asked me to do the assembly and delivery in one day. The manager said okay and changed the date for me on the 25th. I took time off from work, arrived in a hurry and began to free up space because the deliverymen arrived earlier than they should and even tore my back. They bring the boxes to me and tell me to pay, I say the assembly, the deliverymen told me that the assembly is not included and will be the next day or the day after delivery. None of the managers solved this problem. I was required to pay the rest of the cost for the bed upon delivery. I had to sleep on the cold floor when it was snowing outside and it was cold at home. The next day, the pickers came to me only in the evening and said that there were not enough boxes and they would not be able to collect anything... The manager responsible for solving this situation blocked me, everyone in this office refers to each other and the problem is not solved. And I'm forced to continue sleeping on the floor, having paid the full price of the goods...

The seller is not competent, he is trying to impose something that he does not like. Moreover, I couldn't even look at stock availability properly. As a result, we purchased furniture, and a week later in another branch we found out what we needed to eat and was in stock at the time of ordering!
As a result, the furniture in my apartment is the wrong color, money spent and nerves!
There was a negative experience left from contacting this store!
I do not recommend a branch in the Next shopping center!!!
