I asked them to replace the chain, sprockets and bearings in the wheels. As a result, the chain was stretched like a string, and the bearings after their installation burned out after 10 km literally immediately in the rear wheel, everything is fine in the front. As a result, neither the management nor the master - no one wants to be responsible for their flaws and reimburse the cost of bearings and work (not to mention the cost of a tow truck and the fact that I could just crash on such a motorcycle). I was driving about 40 km per hour, the wheel just started to wedge and drive on the move - I would have gone faster - I would have flown off the motorcycle. Despite the fact that they could not fix their problems, because they knocked with a sledgehammer and did not know what to do afterwards. The mechanic's name is Ruslan. He is clearly not familiar with the concept of ethics and subordination to the client. The bosses seem adequate and promised to figure it out - in the end, everyone turned down that the bearings were bad, although exactly the same bearings are in the front wheel and everything is fine. The bearings were from my company AllBalls (in factory packaging) - when installing, they did not say anything that they were bad or something was confusing them. Despite the fact that the reason is not even the fact that low-quality bearings, in their opinion, but the fact that they say it seems to them that before that I had low-quality bearings, which I drove for God knows how long. But after the replacement, the bearings suddenly started burning. They themselves are confused as to why they cannot compensate for the consequences of their poor-quality work. I strongly advise no one to contact this service and not to advise friends. Take care of your health, nerves and money!
