I have been extremely unlucky with consultants for the last 3 visits The first 2 times, the sales consultant was extremely sluggish and uninterested in telling me about the goods, while knowing almost nothing about them (she turned each jar in her hands for several minutes and tried to figure out what was there and for what) The 3rd time was generally out of the ordinary : it was black Friday and there was a very big discount on the product I needed in the online store, I did not want to wait and I went to the offline store. It turned out that the prices were different, to which the seller replied to me, "Well, think about it, the price is different, the difference is generally small." The difference was 13 rubles, which I informed the girl about and received in response, "Well, what did you come for, you would have ordered on the Internet." I chose the right amount, entered the certificate and I see not enough for the minimum order and how much more is needed before free delivery. And why is that? After all, in fact, I was given money to pay in your store and an e-mail offered the opportunity to use the site. Now I have to find time and go to an offline store, and it's not a fact that there is a product I need there. There are no complaints about the store itself, but the site turned out to be useless for me, it would be better not to write about it in an email or immediately warn in a letter that the certificate does not cover the minimum order amount and the amount for free delivery.
