Excellent store and staff at DNS branch, Maxima shopping center, Almaty. On 09.01.2025, I ordered a DEXP branded vacuum cleaner and 2 filters to stock it. Everything was delivered within the stated 2 hours, but, unfortunately, not complete: 1 of the ordered filters was either forgotten to be included in the order package, or the courier also lost or forgot in the rush. My spouse took the order, but she didn't pay attention to it. As a result, on the same day on of.On the website, I filled out a feedback form with a description of the situation and a request to either refund the money for the missing filter, or send it back. They answered the next day, as quickly and politely as possible, without unnecessary questions and bureaucracy, a la "and you prove", which distinguishes DNS (at least this branch) from many sellers. After that, they also quickly delivered the incomplete set within a couple of hours. I would give 10 points, but technically I can only give 5 ;)

Avoid this store if you don't want problems with them. All their equipment is defective. We bought refrigerators from them, on the same day it began to rattle and make noise, the freezer also drives. We decided to return them immediately, in any store a refund of 14 days. And they say there is no such thing, supposedly wait 30 days for the masters to check. Well, I agree that they should check, but not for 30 days. We've been arguing with them so much, it's terrible.
