Не очень привнтливая консультантка,я развернулась и ушла

Отправили компьютер из-за синих экранов и после загрузки выходил биос, только через 3 раз выходил сам windows 10, а не БИОС. Сказали заменить ssd. Купили другую модель и на следующий день забрали. Уже как 3 недели нет синих экранов и биосов.
