I work near this store and used to go grocery shopping. Ready-made food, just disgusting, not fresh, made as if from waste! I strongly recommend not to take ready-made food! There are sellers who are constantly rude, yelling at each other throughout the store, and also at customers! After lunch, there are huge queues and one cash register is open, the rest of the sellers walk around and do not pay attention!

A huge request to the administration, keep an eye on your employees, train them properly. The place is pleasant, but there is no service.

I always buy in this store.
1) homemade muffins of the type of buns with garlic are the worst. Just rubber ones. Money thrown away. I asked why you sell this garbage - they say we like it and people take it. But there is not a single normal bakery in the area - you could make good money on it.
2) A large selection of ready-made meat cooking / porridges of normal quality.
3) Salads/shawarma/pizza are of very poor quality. Pizza stinks if it's cooked in the oven - apparently they put stinky bacon instead of chicken ham.
4) after the opening, they immediately sold ostrich eggs, quails and made WOK (when they ordered malt) - now it's all been removed.
5) It is not clear why the department with smoked sausage - it takes up the entire refrigerator and looks terrible - to think it is dangerous for health. It would be better to add a department with chilled fish or fresh fruits, or at least make fresh pastries (let it be more expensive, but edible)
6) All the discounts that are posted there are fake. More precisely, they are there, but for such garbage that no one buys. There is a good beer, but it is more expensive by 2 rubles than in hippo / corona (7 instead of 5, for example, for murphys)
7) Mango, celery, avocado - these products are there, but they are very wooden / plastic. Make them more expensive, but carry normal quality - believe me, people have money for good and healthy products
8) ADD CHICKEN CUBES/SPICES FOR SOUPS
9) Meat department I can't say anything because I buy meat across the street in a butcher shop or on Komarovka. But I often see black, weathered meat there - wrap it in food wrap to avoid weathering.
10) The toilet was for employees, then it was made for visitors and it began to stink at the entrance. Now they are closing it altogether. Clean more often or make an entrance from the street.
11) The design inside is really cool and thoughtful, you can see the details and what they did conscientiously, but they just couldn't realize everything they planned (half of the second floor is empty)
