I had to put the cat to sleep and everything was done carefully and humanely here - first they gave anesthesia, and when she fell asleep, they put her to sleep. Then the cat was castrated. Everything was successful, I recovered from anesthesia quickly and without any problems! Doctors give very competent advice!

We signed up for cat castration (8 months). When recording, I clarified that it was necessary to examine the animal, as I was very worried about how he would bear it. Said: "Let them take tests and do an ultrasound." As a result, they did an ultrasound, asked about complaints, since there were no complaints, they did not even do tests. The castration was performed well, no comments on the operation. However, after a week, the cat became sluggish, stopped eating, and began to vomit bile. We immediately went to the clinics, were diagnosed with parvovirus (feline distemper), the mortality rate in kittens is up to 90%. As an ignorant person, I did not even imagine about such a disease and the need for vaccination. No one asked about my cat's vaccinations either on the phone or on the spot. No one warned about the risks of infection either. I did not touch any stray cats, I did not visit new places, the incubation period completely coincides with the visit to this clinic. When I was there, no one treated the surfaces, even the scales on which my cat stood, no oilcloths were laid. There is always a risk of infection in clinics, but the fact that doctors did not even bother to spend a minute explaining such moments makes you think about how much they care about animals. When talking to the head doctor, it was said that no one is immune from this and I was not told about the risks, since I came for castration, not for an appointment (although I said that do any examinations that are needed). They said they would reimburse the money that was spent only with them, no one is going to reimburse me for the treatment. Think several times about the possible risks of visiting this clinic and about the attitude of the staff towards the animal. Now it is unclear whether my cat will survive at all, about 1000 rubles have already been spent on treatment. Be careful and get vaccinated against parvovirus, even if you decide not to warn about it! I would never advise anyone to visit this clinic.

They did not try to breed, did not impose additional ultrasound, calmly explained what risks there might be if they did not know about heart problems, etc. The cat was given away in a little more than an hour in excellent condition, they took it out of anesthesia, I did not have it with a "rag". The best clinic! Doctors are real professionals, they know their job. There were problems with the cat, they bypassed any clinic, and only here they made the correct diagnosis and prescribed the right treatment! Doctors know how to handle animals. In other clinics, we were told to keep the cat ourselves, but he struggled violently, bit, scratched. In Dr. set, the doctors immediately put the cat in a special bag, and conducted an examination without tormenting our cat. They castrated the cat here, everything went quickly, nothing hurt the cat, he quickly recovered from anesthesia. Doctors are simply the best, there should be more of them.
