How they calm them down at the reception and especially during the procedures, with what care, affectionately, and the doctor who did the X-ray said that she generally has 8 animals at home. Today we had an appointment with the oncologist of Sofia, I really liked the doctor. She explained everything based on the results of tests and other examinations, prescribed treatment. I was even surprised that for a 16-year-old cat, she wasn't so bad yet, but I thought it was because we had been receiving regular treatment at this clinic for all these years.

We have been observing the dog here since birth. There were no special problems, except for queues. At the end of 2024, they were treated for constipation, having previously done an ultrasound at Dr. Vet (a month before the appointment somewhere), the dog's ultrasound is fine.
On the day of the appointment, the doctor examined him for a long time, eventually they took him for an X-ray (after the X-ray they decided to examine him BETTER and noticed the balls in the anal area), then they took him for an ultrasound (to the question why? If we've already done it recently, they told us that MAYBE THEY DIDN'T NOTICE SOMETHING ON THAT ULTRASOUND). At this ultrasound, we were already told that he had a hernia. They told me to have an urgent operation, otherwise the dog would not last long.
We didn't have any confidence in this clinic anymore, because how could we not notice the hernia on the initial ultrasound if he already had these balls at that time? Why take an X-ray if there were balls again (let me explain: before the X-ray, the doctor did not say anything about the balls). As a result, we paid much more than we had planned, but it didn't do much good.
They decided not to operate on the dog here, so they took him to the state station, where the doctor immediately said from the moment the dog entered the office that he had a perineal hernia.
I would like to note that the results of the X-ray examination were not given to us after the reception (I know that they are uploaded to a disk, but the registrars could have asked for mail), as well as there was no written preliminary diagnosis in the conclusion, as well as the recommended FIBER FEED (how was I supposed to figure out what kind of food my dog needed to buy). The next day (maybe a little later, I don't remember the exact date), I wrote to Dr. Vet on Viber and requested X-rays, where they asked for my mail, everything came later, thanks for that. Then I asked them to duplicate the report for me, and here's the strangeness, they sent me a preliminary diagnosis report, but for some reason there is no diagnosis on the sheet that was issued immediately after admission.

The first chemistry went well, the cat felt great, there were no side effects. She was active, ate a lot, and the tests were excellent. The second chemotherapy was performed by A.A. Zhdanovich. My husband and I noticed that the drip rate was higher than the last time and the drug was administered faster. We asked A.A. Zhdanovich why the procedure was going this way this time. We were told that it was also possible, it was okay. After a while, I noticed that the cat was breathing very fast. When we informed Zhdanovich AA about this, she immediately reduced the rate of administration of the drug, which probably means that she knew what the consequences might be. She told us that the cat is just afraid of other animals and breathes often because of her worries. As a result, the second time the drug was administered 2 times faster, and in just 2 hours we were on our way home. At home, the cat's condition worsened, she began to breathe even more often, and her eyes became cloudy. We returned to the clinic, but already to the intensive care unit. We were informed that the drug had gone into the lungs, and the condition was extremely serious. As a result, the cat died of pulmonary edema. Our cat can't be brought back, there's no need to make excuses and talk about the side effects of the IV. The side effects memo indicated possible vomiting, not pulmonary edema. The doctors at your clinic said that cats tolerate the drug well. And this is true, our cat felt great, it was visible not only visually, but also by analysis. Just answer yourself Zhdanovich A. My first visit and my first disappointment. Everything was "fine" that day. I arrived at 9:00 on a first-come, first-served basis, as an emergency, the dog fell on its paws. While I was waiting, I decided to undergo an ultrasound at the same time, the specialist looked at it, did not comment much, I had to ask leading questions. Then we went to get blood tests. Then we went on to sit and wait for an appointment with an orthopedist. During the three and a half hours of waiting, interesting events unfolded there. A dissatisfied client came with a complaint to the manager because of poor service the day before. When she left, she said that she had never seen worse treatment than here and cursed almost everyone. Then their system froze for about 15 minutes and their computers went down. A woman came out, apparently from the administration of the clinic in a vest made of natural fur, And this is at the veterinary clinic! In short, it all looked like some kind of sur. As a result, a doctor saw us, but could not help us on the spot. Perhaps you need a neurologist who sees you at all in another office on Skripnikov. I don't understand why doctors should be so divided when it is clear that there are many cases of combined origin. In general, I spent half a day, the dog is in the same condition as it was.

Also, a couple of days ago, I identified a heart problem at an early stage, prescribed medication. In a month we will appear again for control and only to Alexander Leonidovich.
Pileyko Viktor Viktorovich – operated on the tumor of our dog, everything went well, everything healed quickly and without consequences (and it's been 1.5 years)! The dog is still alive and he is 11.5 years old. Or he might not have been there anymore. I can't help but mention the doctor's excellent sense of humor. It seems that they came for a sad reason, but the doctor cheers them up, does not let them hang their noses. Victor Viktorovich has golden hands!!!

It was an incredibly smooth situation.
I made an appointment with the head.to the doctor (to get to him - you need to sell your soul to the devil); they called from the call center and CONFIRMED my appointment. A day BEFORE the agreed time, they called and reminded me once again about the recording.
When I arrived from the other side of the city, after taking time off from work, they told me that the heads.The doctor IS NOT SEEING YOU today. That, apparently, there was a mistake and I was booked for the wrong day (three times).
Naturally, no one apologized to me and no one compensated for the missed day at work. I wasn't even offered another record. After all, the mistake was not my fault. Question: was someone responsible for this?
Or the main thing is that the money should be taken to the clinic?

The prescribed drugs did not help the dog, but only worsened the situation, the recommendations in the conclusion are not described, it is not clear why the eyelashes were waxed for 25 rubles. After repeated admission from Sofiyskaya Tatyana Vasilyevna, everything fell into place, the dog got better, and they were satisfied with the reception. Having asked the management for an explanation of the situation, they heard in response that we were to blame for the fact that the dog got worse, and Pavel Leonidovich Lomonosov could not solve the controversial situation as a leader. We were not satisfied with the reception at Kovalevskaya N.A.. It is a pity that the management of Doctor Vet cannot resolve controversial issues or does not want to solve them.

When our 10-year-old cat fell out of a 5th floor window, we had to look for veterinarians we could trust. We found them at the Doctor Vet clinic on Bearing 9.
At the beginning of the appointment, the ultrasound doctor allocated time to establish contact with the pet, after which she quickly and accurately performed an ultrasound diagnosis. The therapist and nephrologist-urologist Soroko Ulyana Vadimovna examined, probed and listened to the cat from the tip of the ears to the tip of the tail, evaluated the results of the examinations and answered all questions.
Among the disadvantages: the clinic is in demand and it did not work out to sign up for all the procedures in one day.
In general, we were very satisfied. Now we know where to apply for qualified veterinary care.
