We went on the "Pre-Christmas fairs of France and Germany" tour. 17.12-24.12
The impression remained ambiguous
Positive:
1. We visited truly fabulous cities: Dresden, Dusseldorf, Brussels, Strasbourg, Paris, Prague. We really managed to feel the Christmas atmosphere
Minuses:
1. Misled with the tour program. Upon arrival in Dresden, all tourists had a question about visiting some cities. It turned out that many of them are not included in the excursion and transport package and you need to pay extra for them. In the case of Strasbourg, it was extremely strange, because the city was on the way. Reading the program, it was clear to many tourists that arrival in this city is provided by the program. It turned out not to be. The problem was solved, of course, but only after mass appeal.
2. I would like to dedicate the second point to our maintainer. On bus tours, 70-80% of tourists' impressions of the trip depend on the guide. This is the first time I've seen almost the entire bus (48 people) unhappy. A direct and accurate answer to many of the questions asked was almost never heard. I was most impressed by the organization of additional excursions. On the second day of the tour, I asked for a list of additional excursions with prices, to which I heard the answer: I'll tell you everything, I'll announce all the prices, but later. This "later" played a cruel joke on us. The tour list was launched in a day! before arriving in Paris, where the main excursions were. My aunt and I were only going to Montmartre and planned the day based on that. Already at the entrance to Paris, we find out that people have not had enough for the tour and it will not be. It was good that we had the Internet and could set the route ourselves. The situation is unpleasant, because as a tourist, you want to understand and build a clear route, plan your day. In this situation, it was extremely difficult.
Also, I would like to note that upon arrival at the border of the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Belarus, our escort was the first to leave the bus without saying a word to the tourists. We got into a huge queue and many people wondered if it was possible to transfer to buses in the main track. When leaving the Republic of Belarus, the guide mentioned that as many tourists should enter as they left. There was no one to ask this question, because our escort left. It's good that our drivers were very responsive and not only guided us in this situation, but also helped us find a bus to stop. When the tourists asked where our Guide was, she wrote in the chat that she was "walking along a track." It is not clear what the difficulty is to talk about the possibility of boarding buses. It's easier, apparently, to leave tourists in the dark)
I would like to wish the agency to pay attention to all the reviews and approach the organization of tours more clearly and systematically.

Hello, I would like to leave a not very positive feedback for help in preparing visa documents and get feedback.
My husband and I contacted your company first to arrange an individual tour, but after a long conversation, repeatedly waiting for new routes, we were told that the employee was on vacation (she did not warn about this, did not redirect to anyone, and we could no longer wait). In the end, we decided to just ask for help with the paperwork.
Evgeny worked with us. He seemed to have explained everything, told me what we needed to assemble ourselves, and what he would do. However, since we are applying for a visa for the first time, we would like to hear ALL the nuances. We paid a lot of money for two people, for several papers and a consultation, but if we hadn't started checking everything ourselves and finding out on the side, we wouldn't have been accepted at the visa application center.
1. They told us to take a photo, and we did. They would have taken them to the visa application center if they hadn't found out that they needed to be cut out and pasted into the application form (they unwrap them for this). It's the same with a bank statement, where we didn't know what language to make it in because we weren't warned about the choice and which one would be correct.
2. They didn't ask us about marriage (how long has it been since I changed my last name, before I joined the queue or after, etc.). This was a VERY important factor, as the visa application center explicitly said that it was impossible to apply for a visa using this number without documents on changing the surname. We took the necessary documents with us by accident, which, of course, no one warned us about.
3. Duration of transit crossings before and after Italy. Almost immediately, we were told that it was not a fact that they would give us such a period, and who told us that such corridors were suitable (we have Vilnius from June 15 to 16, then Italy, then Riga from June 27 to 29, Eugene wrote the corridor from June 13, we were lucky that we could just cross out with a pen, because before It takes only TWO days to get to Italy, according to the visa application center staff).
4. The most important thing is that we paid for our peace of mind, for support in any matters, but even here, with the help we need, we find out that Eugene has gone on vacation and cannot answer our questions. Once again, a person takes on the paperwork, knowing that he will not be able to finish it. We were nervous, we didn't know if everything was right with our documents, because we hadn't received competent help for the MONEY. And we could print out the tickets and make the insurance ourselves.
As a result, we were unhappy with the work, shocked by the details that we learned by chance, and by the fact that we never received peace of mind for our packages of documents.

I want to leave a true review, we were on the "Christmas in the heart of Italy" tour in mid-December 2024.
Disadvantages of the organization (two offices, in Tivali and in the center of Minsk):
1. Remember the name Kristina, this is the director, also cunning, but based on experience on tours. The others there can't decide or do anything (in our case, Julia is not very smart), they will deceive and mislead to the last, instead of trying to at least solve their own duties.
2. If you are used to receiving all the information about the tour, no one will provide it to you until the last moment, they will delay until you get into unpleasant situations. For example, the cost of applying for a visa is 600 rubles. You will find out the person already at the ticket office of the visa application center. The question is why they didn't immediately warn about this in this agency, it wasn't about the money, but about not knowing the amount.
3. The flight was from Vilnius, the purchase of tickets was announced late (although the agent should be aware that it was Christmas) and there were no tickets for the required round-trip dates, because of this I had to stay in a hotel in Vilnius, no one offered to compensate 200 euros, of course. All the Agency had to do was not delay until the last moment.
4. If you are told that everything has been agreed with other tour participants, this is complete nonsense, other tour participants will find out about it before departure and they are simply confronted with the fact. So you can live with the three of you in a one-room room, which happened with us - it's complete nonsense and who would think of booking like that? As a result, the hotel refers to the agency, the agency to the hotel, and you are left with a one-on-one problem.
5. You will forget to pay for breakfast at the hotel, you will get mixed up with train tickets, the whole tour to one city, and you to another.
6. Specify the details of the hotel, 4 stars is not what you imagined. Most likely, the hotel will have 4-star rooms, but you will not live in them, you will have a maximum of 2 stars.
I do not know what is in their heads, but the jambs on simple household items that should be automatically done normally. Even train tickets, everyone goes to one city, and 2 people have tickets to another.
If you think that it's generally okay and possible to contact this agency, forget it.
A guarantee that your vacation will be ruined with such employees.

The first trip to Paris with this company was on 17.12 -24.12.2024. I will list three advantages: opening a visa for six months (although before that there were two annual Schengen visas), good hotels, in my opinion, a beautiful route. That's all... So that the whole group doesn't like the trip, it's my first time. A bouncing gallery and a sleigh stop every hour and a half. Have you ever had an escort leave the group at the border of the first one (Poland-Brest)? It's a pity when the beautiful weather and the Christmas atmosphere couldn't cover up the rest. Definitely, I will not go with this travel agency anymore and I do not recommend it!

I have been subscribed to Dolce Travel on Instagram for a very long time, I always liked the presentation of information.
And so it was our turn to open visas, we contacted the agency and were very satisfied: all the girls in the office were pleasant, friendly, explained everything clearly, advised what and how best to open.We are very happy with the service, help and our agent Julia has always been in touch, supported and reassured, and here is the cherished Schengen in our passports! Now I only recommend them to all my friends.

I was on the "May Wonders of Sicily" tour. The organization of the tour is good, plus 24 hours of escort from Christina, a wonderful guide to Sicily - Xenia! And special thanks for completing the documents for the visa! I got an Italian one for a year!

I would not recommend this agency to anyone, especially for "author" tours. I have never had a worse tour from this agency. What they sell as "author tours" in Sicily itself are sold 2-3 times cheaper.
A separate story is the communication of their managers, who probably hear the word customer orientation for the first time and think if it's food. Super disregard attitude, to be honest, after this there is no desire to contact them at all and I do not recommend it to anyone, because if you think that you will save time and effort by contacting here, then everything will be just the opposite.
The tour program includes wine, olive and oil tasting in a picturesque place. in fact, we arrived at an ordinary store, where samples for tasting in small plastic cups are displayed for all people (meme expectation is reality). The tour program was changed the day before departure, then the program was also changed during the tour itself. They misled people from abroad.
An absolutely incompetent guide who misled about transport and buses, because of which I had to take a taxi for 120 euros, because the buses that she advised have not been running at all for six months.
A separate topic is an excursion to Etna: we were assured that the tour costs 100 euros if you buy it yourself, but they have all 300 excursions, then it turned out that we (a group of 20 people) will be taken only to a certain height and if we want it higher it is +70 euros. In Taormina (a town near Etna), they sell an excursion to the highest point of 90€ per person, if a group of 4 people or more, then 70€. So think about it.
The hotel is declared as a 4* in the tour, in fact: there was no WiFi, drinking water in the room on the first day (the road to Sicily was more than a day), there were problems with hot water. The breakfasts are very questionable. The rooms themselves are 3* by a stretch.
The cost of the tour, which is declared for them, can be safely divided by 2, or even by 3.
The flight was from Warsaw (Modlin), they didn't even tell me how to get there.

They helped to properly process the documents, including hotel and flight bookings; Thanks to which they finally gave a multivisa (before that there were 2 refusals), I definitely recommend it!
