We made a pre-order for the Christmas tree before December 1, which allowed us to purchase a New Year's beauty with a 15% discount. When we arrived to pick up, two prices were indicated: delivery by courier - 230 rubles, pickup - 205 rubles. Taking into account the fact that we have a pickup, we expected to buy a Christmas tree for 175 rubles (205 rubles-15%), but they sold it to us for 195 rubles, justifying this by saying that the discount comes from the cost of delivery by courier. But we came for it ourselves)), i.e. pickup. If we had come to buy it without pre-order, we would have bought it for 205 rubles. pickup, and with the promised 15% discount on pre-order, we got 195 rubles. That is, in fact, the discount is 5%, not 15%. I don't mind the money, it's unpleasant that they mislead and try to make money on deception or lack of transparency of calculations.

Disappointment , alas ( and there were so many hopes ... I made a pre-order
in February for delivery at the end of April . An order worth about the average monthly salary . But this did not affect the desire to work with a good and solvent client in any way ) there were 2 rhododendrons in the order . First, 1 was replaced (it was not available), and the day before delivery, the warehouse reported that there was still 1 missing. The warehouse did not contact the managers at all, because I had to call myself, no one felt it necessary to inform . They didn 't pick up the phone for a long time , so they agreed on another rhododendron with the girl manager . Eeeeee , they didn 't bring him) Guys , how is that ? Maybe you need to establish a relationship between the office and the warehouse? For all other plants ( of which there are many ) There are also questions. Most of them, admittedly, are of excellent quality, but Crematis came to hug and cry , broken besides. In general , it 's bad . Very sorry. I will be making orders at another nursery in the future.

I recently bought seedlings in this store, and I was very satisfied! The delivery was fast and organized — the seedlings arrived in excellent condition. The quality of the product is simply excellent: all plants are healthy and strong.
I also want to mention the store staff — the staff is polite and always ready to help with the choice. The choice of products turned out to be very diverse, which allowed me to choose exactly what I needed.
