The only indoor water park in Karaganda, so there is nothing to compare it with. There is a cafe inside, where you can buy food and drinks at exorbitant prices. The water park itself is generally not bad, except for some flaws, such as collapsed tiles in the pool, which are easy to get hurt. There is a sauna in the water park, there are no questions about it, the temperature corresponds to the sauna standards. There are showers and changing rooms. There are toilets, but they are not in the best condition. There are two slides, one closed, the other open, by the way, they get bored quickly. There is a separate fitness room inside, which is a plus, although you need to buy a subscription separately. There are three pools: one large and two small for children. The water temperature in them is different: for kids, the water is warmer, which is also nice. There is a medical center, although the nurse rarely sits there and you have to wait for her to come. There is a sufficient amount of chlorine in the water, so I do not advise you to dive without glasses, then your eyes hurt. There are also swimming trainings, it seems, for children, which is also a plus. The only thing that is a little confusing is the repair: some of the beams are already rusty, the tiles fall off from the bottom and lie at the bottom of the pool; I already cut my leg like that once. In general, I can recommend this water park for both children and adults.

The water park is good. 3 swimming pools, one of which is for children over 8-10 years old, with large slides. And two smaller pools with very warm water and shallow depth for kids. A good Finnish sauna. Delicious cuisine (waiting time is 40 minutes). If you forgot the bathing accessories, then you can buy everything at the water park, the prices are affordable and there is a choice. The time spent with children is at least three hours.

Food was brought from the restaurant, for parents, the children enjoyed eating local food: nuggets, pizzas, wings, burgers ... super! We will definitely come again! And again! And again! We took vip room number 4, for 3 hours novice rock musicians were not allowed to rest behind the wall, I would recommend the drummer to quit this business or learn this business not in this institution but from normal drummers. Entering the hall with a swimming pool, there was a pain in the eyes, nose and a taste of bleach on the tongue, if I was alone and not with the kids, I would have left in the first minutes. The communal pool - the water is cool and having gone down to the second step, the tonsils seized and changed his mind about going further, for three hours without having plunged into the pool. Children's pools - the water is warm, at least I stood there with the child and wet my feet just above the knees. The air temperature in the room with pools is cool. The children's swimming training takes place right on the aisle, the daughter passing by the coach received a slap in the face from him. The coach apologized very much, saying that he did not notice, but on the remark to leave with the group from the aisle to the side, he said - good, but they did not move. In general, leaving this institution, the mood was terrible and passing through the same hall, the hands decided to write this review. Maybe it's not my day, but I'm not going there anymore.

It is very cold in winter, the wind blows from all sides, it is easier to get sick. The water is dirty. The staff (rescuers) behave like wild teenagers. The food is not very tasty. Locker rooms old electronic wristbands don't open the locker all the time. The showers are dirty. The water in the pool is cool, it is possible individually. The water is cloudy, and heavily chlorinated for me.

We celebrated a children's birthday there, filmed a VIP, the conditions in the VIP are gorgeous: sauna, Jacuzzi, relaxation room, comfortable toilet, hall with tables, TV, speakers and microphone. The communal pool is not deep, 2 children's pools with hot water and children's slides. Unfortunately, the adult slides were closed for some reason, but I would have loved to ride. The indoor air temperature does not allow you to enjoy water treatments, it is worth leaving the pool, you immediately get goosebumps and start to freeze. All the time I was there, I had an icy nose and hands. The child barely reached the shower after the pool, froze. There is an endless draft from different sides. In general, I don't know if we got into such a day, or if the management is not interested in how things are going at all.
