When visiting Minsk, we decided to stay at guest house 15. The overall impression is good! Clean, modern, insanely delicious breakfasts. The room has all the amenities (we rented a four-bed room with its own bathroom and kitchen). We booked a sauna in advance, but unfortunately, due to the circumstances, we could not visit it. Since we came from Russia, we had no communication and there was no way to warn in advance. Upon check-in, they asked if it was possible to cancel the bath due to force majeure, we went to a meeting, but a skirmish with Alexey began. We were ready to pay compensation, but Alexey probably only wanted to quarrel and nothing more. The overall impression was spoiled by this moment, but otherwise we really liked it! Thanks to the chefs for the delicious breakfasts, we will definitely come again!

A nice mini-hotel. We stayed in the chalet as a family (2 adults and 3 children). The house has everything you need, it is quite clean and cozy. The feedback is wonderful, they answered messages, and upon arrival, a wonderful responsive manager told and helped everything. Considering the cost of accommodation, it is more than decent. From what can be improved and what you should pay attention to when checking in:
1. we moved the bed to the wall so that the child would not fall, there was quite a lot of dust under the bed, we had not washed the floors there for a long time, I washed it myself 😂
2. on the second floor, where the sleeping place is hot, they did not think to turn on the air conditioner in the living room, maybe then the cold air would cool the second "floor" (keep in mind-try it) and so, the fan is very noisy, there is no quieter mode, if it were changed to a more modern quiet one, it would be generally super.
3. We ordered breakfast so that we wouldn't strain ourselves and have breakfast on the spot - it's fine, but if there is time, it would be more interesting to have breakfast and drink coffee in a cafe.
4. The chalet opens the bedroom directly onto the patio with a barbecue area, gazebo and recreation area, we spent the night it was quiet and cozy, but if we rest the company in the evening may not be so comfortable, we must keep this in mind.
In general, despite the shortcomings, the place is good, the price-quality corresponds👍🏻

An excellent hotel is not far from the metro, there is its own Parking on site, they were friendly and pleasantly met and told, a large kitchen. There is also a sauna (sauna) for a separate price. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a children's playground. The room was on the second floor, everything was clean, including bed linen and towels + bathrobes. Toilet+shower is one on the floor and at the same time clean, tidy👌🏻 the result is one positive emotion👍🏻 I will check in there on the next trip ✅

The house is cool, the location is convenient (near the exit from the city). There is a supermarket nearby. There is a barbecue area with a gazebo, it is also a smoking room. There is parking in the yard for 3 cars. The gate is automatic, it is opened from the reception, you need to call, the person in charge is always there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, it is cool.

We stayed for one night together, in a room with a shared bathroom. We are very satisfied. We did not feel any great inconvenience from the shared bathroom, since it was for 2 rooms and no one was waiting for anyone. The overall impression is cozy, very clean, high-quality renovation, spacious, everything is thought out, that's all, down to the smallest detail, you feel at home. There was a place for our car in the yard.
It feels like guests are welcome here and they think about them: they help, answer questions, smile. The room cost 105 rubles for two, breakfast cost 17 rubles for each. In the evening, you could choose the main course - there were many options + unlimited tea, coffee, bread, butter, jam and yoghurts were offered. It was very tasty and satisfying, cooked right there by a lovely female chef. By the way, you can use the kitchen at any time, pour yourself tea and so on.

A wonderful guest house! You can feel the caring hand of the owner: everything is well global and thought out in detail. For example, we stayed with a family with a small child: in our room there was a step-stand for the child, in the playroom on the 2nd floor the child found a lot of cool toys (musical ones were with batteries!) and books, there is a high chair in the shared kitchen, and a trampoline outside.
We took a suite with two bedrooms and our own bathroom, and it turned out to be even better than we expected. Each bedroom is locked and identical in size, it is convenient to live with a large family / group of friends. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and even large bottles of shampoos, balms and other Belarusian cosmetics Belita were waiting.😍
We didn't take paid breakfasts, I can't say anything about them. There is a supermarket Nearby in a few minutes on foot and Yandex.Food goes to the house without any problems (we checked).

Just like at home, only better! After 15 years of traveling, this guest house is the best! If you want to relax in a quiet place, come here. The hosts have provided everything for their guests. This is not an exaggeration. The room has everything you need, there is even more in the bathroom and shower than you need. There is an xbox 360 with a set of games in the room for families with children. On the common veranda there is a library with a play area for children. Kitchen... That's something... I can't describe it in words. Suffice it to say that the breakfasts are prepared by professional chefs. We have never eaten so delicious anywhere in Minsk. I really, really, really recommend it!

It was 02.01.2024. The price was New Year's Eve. (Angry). The staff is polite, the atmosphere is homely, clean in the rooms and in the house, we walked in socks, the breakfasts were delicious and hearty. There is hockey in the kitchen, to play with the children. (The puck was used by a checker from a board game). There is one caveat, there is one toilet per floor, it is also a shower, it is also a sink for washing. There may be a queue to go to the bathroom. But we got up early, so we were fine!!! I recommend the house!

We lived in house 15 with several families, everyone liked it. Very well maintained territory and cleanliness inside. There are gazebos where you can chat and a large kitchen. Neighbors supermarket is 5 minutes away. Overall, a very homely atmosphere, unlike classic hotels. We thank Alexey for his hospitality.

A great hotel. Quiet, clean, with a new modern renovation, convenient Parking in the courtyard of the townhouse. Friendly staff. The room has a refrigerator, TV with cable, bathrobes, slippers. There is one bathroom on the floor. But it didn't bother us. Coffee and tea can be made free of charge in the shared kitchen. We also made breakfast for ourselves there.

Everything is very decent. Booking online. Payment upon check-in. The rooms and common areas are neat and clean, and comfortably furnished. The rooms are equipped with bathrobes, slippers and towels. The bathroom has a spacious shower room, floor scales, liquid hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, body creams. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and heating food. You can also use a coffee machine and tea bags. In the morning, a delicious hot breakfast is served to choose from: cheesecakes, pancakes, omelette, pasta with sausage or porridge. The smart cook cooks about 5 dishes at the same time. Additionally, tea, coffee, cheese, yogurt. The bathhouse is beyond praise. Everything is done with taste and arrangement. The temperature is comfortable, you sweat, but it's comfortable to be in the steam room, it's easy to breathe. The barrel with hydro massage is filled with water of a comfortable temperature. In the relaxation room, you can drink tea with lavender and honey. 2 hours of relaxation fly by unnoticed. House 15 is a place where you want to return.

Everything is fine, we stayed in a room with our own bathroom. There was everything you needed , from shampoos to hand cream . The communal kitchen was clean and there were enough dishes. The territory is well maintained . The guest house itself is in good transport accessibility. There is a grocery store within a 5-minute walk. The only drawback is the Administrator (unfortunately I don't know his name because I didn't introduce myself) . She was not very happy when she was asked any questions. And so, in general, I liked the Guest House.

Clean and tidy. Attentive staff. We parked right in the yard. There is a bathrobe and slippers in the room. Good breakfasts. The metro is 12 minutes away. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. Everything matches the description.

🙌🏼 This is a magnificent guest house. We did not find any disadvantages. We lived for 5 days . I recommend it to everyone. Cleanliness, friendly staff. Breakfast 💣. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. Tea, coffee machine, sugar and all sorts of little things.

I recently stayed at the Dom15 Hotel in Minsk, Belarus, and would like to share my impressions. From the very beginning, I was struck by how beautifully and stylishly decorated the hotel is. The new renovation is made in a modern style, which creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

A good hotel or hostel. I don't even know what to call it. A room for 4 people. Very cozy, clean. A huge kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The only disadvantage is the toilet. Immediately after checking in, we wanted to go to the toilet and go for a walk. As a result, I waited for 30 minutes, and only after I complained to the administrator, they let me into another toilet. And the problem is simple, the toilet is combined with a shower. Otherwise, everything is at the highest level.

+ green area, cozy gazebo with barbecue area
+ the location, although not the center, is close to the metro
+ there is a large green park area nearby

- they changed the number without warning, they found out about it only after the fact. But the proposed option turned out to be even better, so here +~
- the room with the pool looks nice on the website, but!
Ground floor = basement. Therefore, the windows are small under the ceiling, it is humid and stuffy in the room.
- the pool is cold, you can't swim in it much without a sauna
- sauna - we took it for three days in a row, it was heated normally only on the last day. And you can't call it hot.
- the rooms, including the sauna with a swimming pool, have not been cleaned for all 3 days
- we paid for the sauna 3 times, towels and sheets were brought once
- one day they paid extra for 2 additional people - but they did not receive additional kits
- and the last point is a little bit about the tact of the staff. To turn on the sauna, you can bring towels in without knocking or asking permission🤷♀️

We stayed overnight in Minsk in this house. We lived on the 3rd floor. There is parking. The store is within walking distance. There is everything for a comfortable stay.

A super hotel. It is located in a quiet and cozy corner of Minsk. In the private sector. The rooms are clean and cozy, like at home. The breakfasts included in the price are very tasty and huge portions. Coffee machine made of natural beans, 3 types of coffee, you can drink as much as you like for free, at any time. There is a kitchen where you can cook lunch or dinner. The staff is polite and helpful. We have stopped several times and are not considering other options. I recommend it!

We lived in a chalet. Everything is fine! But there are two disadvantages:
They wrote that there is coffee and tea, but there are two servings of coffee and no tea in the chalet, the rest is bought.
Secondly, they did not clean up once in a week, only took out the garbage.
In general, if you asked: would you come again, I would say yes.
A respected person who cleans the garden, super, a separate respect.

A great guest house. Price/quality - 10/10. Breakfast is also included for a very low price, plus yoghurts, juices, tea/coffee for breakfast. We rented a room with 1 toilet for 3 rooms (although there were 2 rooms in the description, but this did not spoil the overall impression). Suggest 👍🏼

Room for four. Comfortable beds, refrigerator, TV, wi-fi. It's a long way to the subway. We spent two nights. In the hottest time. The room is stuffy. Only one sash of the window was opened, there is no grid on the second one. We tried to open it - mosquitoes. I didn't like the fact that there is one toilet room for two rooms, and it also has a shower, toilet and bidet. If someone takes a shower, you can't get on the toilet :(. It's very inconvenient. And the price is expensive.

A very nice chalet house. Everything is done with taste and love. Convenient location. Transport accessibility is literally a three-minute walk away. There are shops, good cafes and restaurants nearby. There is Parking in the courtyard and its own barbecue area. The chalet has a sauna and a Jacuzzi. The rest here was a success.

A very cozy guest house. We were satisfied 👍🏼 There was little information about them, but we took a chance and did not regret it. The staff is friendly and friendly. The territory is clean and well maintained. The rooms are not tired, as they say, There is a playground for children, a trampoline. In the evening, you can roast a barbecue, there are 2 gazebos. We stayed in a Family suite with two rooms, no complaints, it was great.
Geographically, everything is also convenient with private transport.
One wish: there was not enough kettle in the room, in this category it would not be superfluous 😃
Although there is a large equipped kitchen and you can use it, but in the morning there are breakfasts and it is very awkward to get in the way.
And yes, about breakfast ☝🏼They can be ordered, they are cooked quite well. Wishes are taken into account.
We recommend Guest House 15, it's like home here! And we'll come back ourselves.

Nice place, clean, nice rooms. There are bathrobes. There are breakfasts for a fee. There were two disadvantages:
- one of the two doors in the shower room was missing, which caused water to spray during washing
- an inconvenient form of payment (using the link that is sent in the letter after booking, two windows with prepayment for different houses open, and the administrator reacts with irritation to an error in payment; it is NOT the client's responsibility to monitor which window to enter what).
P.S. after receiving a passive-aggressive response from the administration, I edit the review with a change in the rating. The service is very lame: smiles in the face, aggression in correspondence. It is important for the client to be comfortable and pleasant, starting with the form of payment and ending with politeness in communication. Setting up a payment form on the website is a matter of small efforts for the convenience of the client. And it's not about inattention or attentiveness, it's just that people are different and situations are different. I assume that it is important for you that the payment goes correctly, to the right place. The client is not a girlfriend or an accountant, and may indeed be mistaken. And all the more reason to keep a "face" if this happens, given the technical features of your site.
There is such a thing as customer orientation.

The place is not bad, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but of course it's not worth your money if you come from Russia, it's clear that the January holidays, but 75 thousand for 2 nights for two rooms is of course extremely expensive, there is no noise insulation at all, you can hear all the neighbors, and there were a lot of them, we had bathrooms they were very nice and clean, the beds were normal for sleeping, the bed linen was not very good, it had a peculiar smell, the bedspreads were old, so all the clothes were covered in dust. The territory of the mini-hotel is very, very cozy and very clean, there is a sauna, a nice gazebo with a grill, closed Parking, which was very helpful.

We lived 3 nights in a suite, we liked everything, good hot water pressure, excellent mattress, breakfasts to choose from, towels are changed every day, the place is quiet, within walking distance of a park and several supermarkets, its own closed Parking.
