The restaurant is like aged wine, shimmering with many shades of taste and aroma.
I always leave a restaurant with a pleasant aftertaste and a firm conviction that there is no better place to accommodate so many important things for me.

We recently visited the Fani Braverman House restaurant in Brest and were deeply impressed. Located on the central pedestrian street of the city, it immediately attracts attention with its stylish and thoughtful interior, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The restaurant is small, with a limited number of tables, which adds a sense of privacy and comfort. The cuisine is excellent: dishes of Russian and European cuisine are prepared from the freshest products and amaze with their taste and serving.
The only regret is the limitations of our time. Due to the upcoming trip, we were only able to spend an hour here, but it was enough to appreciate the high standard of the establishment. We will definitely come back at the next opportunity and recommend everyone to visit the Fani Braverman House for an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

For the first time I stayed in Brest for two days and I wanted to have a delicious dinner. On Sovetskaya Street, I accidentally chose the restaurant "House of Fani Braverman", inside I immediately immersed myself in an atmosphere of comfort and professionalism, a beautiful and not overloaded interior, Christmas decorations, cute girls and an excellent menu immediately determine the European style, apparently the owner knows what he is doing. Separately, I want to praise the chef, the kitchen is great and the products are not those that are available, but those that are needed! Bold combinations, beautiful serving, excellent taste of dishes, a good wine list and drinks will please gourmets who know a lot about good restaurants.
The highest level of professionalism in everything.
I recommend this place to everyone!

We visited this institution based on the reviews and did not regret it.
It's very atmospheric, and small light bulbs are placed on the table, which sets it up in a romantic way.
The food is simply magical - the Kiev cutlet is big and very tasty, with butter and dill inside, and the chicken is crispy.
Olivier salad seems like a simple salad, but it was somehow made delicious here.
I can say that Napoleon is magnificent. Now I can say that I ate the standard Napoleon.
The check is certainly above average, but it was worth it.
I definitely recommend you to visit.

I haven't been to Brest for almost 10 years.
I decided to look at a familiar address in the Art Cafe on Sovetskaya Street.
Now it's the Fanny Braverman House.
I ordered my menu from the past for lunch: chicken soup with meatballs and a Kiev cutlet.
And I was not mistaken, as before.
Everything is hot and fresh. The cutlet is cooked during my presence. And, most importantly, how I like it with lots of dill.
Time has passed, the name has changed, but the quality of the cuisine has remained.
Thank you, success to all.

We were in Brest on business trips. Fanny Braverman's house became our favorite place, we spent all our days there.
Excellent location in the city center, quiet hall and noisy veranda, cozy interior.
A magnificent bar - a huge selection of alcoholic cocktails, a large selection of soft drinks and various fruit cocktails, homemade soda.
The bar has captured our hearts, the alcoholic cocktails are just great, the bartenders know their business perfectly.
The food is beyond praise.
The gorgeous steaks, the magnificent olivier salad, and the herring just won our hearts.
Great breakfasts, they are really worth a try, we accidentally came in the morning and were infinitely satisfied. It was the best Shakshuka I've ever tasted.
Wonderful tartare, beef carpacho, great grilled vegetables. Great desserts and ice cream that captivated us.
I can describe it for a long time, I recommend trying it.
The staff is very friendly and polite, happy to help and fulfill the wishes of the guests. Thanks to the owner of the establishment and the whole team!

Yes, the price tag is higher than in other establishments in the city. And there is no such cult of Belarusian cuisine.
But how delicious and cozy it is here. It's worth the money!
If I come to Brest again, I will definitely come for the signature steak, herring and olivier.

The place is cozy and comfortable, a pleasant veranda, unobtrusive music, but... prices are significantly inflated, especially for breakfast. The quality of the kitchen is average (scrambled eggs and bacon are severely overcooked, and scramble is fine). The service does not seem to be bad, attentive and unobtrusive, but very (!!!) unhurried, considering the small number of visitors.

We visited this institution with our family. A restaurant with a claim to a high standard. According to the waiter, the kitchen is under the knife, so waiting for ready meals can take 40-50 minutes. Of the ordered dishes, I liked the pancakes with salmon and absolutely did not like the borscht, which has a very sour taste and for some reason neither lard, garlic, nor bread is served to the borscht, as is usually customary in other establishments. The waiters do not warn about this. As a result, you get a plate of red soup with a spoonful of sour cream (by the way, not all people eat this dish with sour cream and it would be appropriate to serve sour cream separately). In general, I do not recommend borscht in this institution. And also, if you suddenly want raf coffee, this institution serves it without syrup by default (although this drink is indicated on the menu with syrup to choose from). If you do not specify, the waiter will not tell you that he will bring you coffee similar to cappuccino, only made of cream. This is not raf coffee. From this institution, I would like an attentive staff who loves their job, the place and the dishes that they present (in fact, they do not represent anything at all) to customers. This approach will at least eliminate any unjustified expectations from food and drinks. Judging by the reviews, such surprises happened not only to us.

Very conveniently located: 15 minutes walk from the train station, in the walking area. I liked the interior very much: classic with minimalism, calm colors, elegant but not garish, decoration for the New Year holidays. The food is very tasty, not spicy, the chefs are professionals: soups, snacks, hot dishes, desserts. Wine list, homemade lemonades, fruit drinks, in general, a full range. The staff is very friendly, attentive and unobtrusive. The furniture is comfortable. There is a bar in the hall. Mulled wine is strong, not the usual "compote". What they couldn't eat, they took with them. We were there twice, very satisfied. The only thing is to put enough time for lunch: you will not be able to eat quickly, or check the cooking time with the waiter. It took me an hour and a half to have a full lunch, if not in a hurry, then two. Payment by mir was successful, tips can also be paid from the card in a separate payment in the absence of cash.
