Merchant Kreutzer's house. It was built in 1910 by Vladimir Kreutzer, a merchant of the II Guild, in the Art Nouveau style. His shop was located on the ground floor, and the living rooms on the second floor.
In Soviet times, a number of establishments were located here: "Spirtotrest", the Kolkhoznik sports society, the Mashpribory store, a savings bank and a carpentry workshop. Some of the premises have become residential. In the 1990s, a pharmacy operated on the ground floor.
In 2007, the building was evicted and sold to the Belarusian National Bank. A very high-quality restoration was carried out with the restoration of many architectural details. An authentic tiled stove has been preserved on the second floor.
