Today, 09/15/2024, THE "MASTER" Irina CATEGORICALLY DID NOT LIKE IT. It was just necessary to wash your hair and straighten it with a hair dryer (brushing). This was my 4th visit since mid-July. The curly-haired guy did it for the 1st time (unfortunately I didn't ask his name) - everything was just wonderful, his every action. the 2nd and 3rd time was done by master Victoria, I am also very pleased with her work. But today, it was something with something... From the first second, I knew something was going to go wrong... some clarifying questions that call into question the qualifications of a person... washing my hair with splashes, water flowed down my neck, my hair was not completely dried, water was running down my apron.. this obviously shouldn't happen...so that the water flows from the hair.. and immediately began to pull. I say, the hair is not dried, I have already done it several times in this institution, at first the hair was dried so that the water would not flow... to which the answer came with irony ...: so it was necessary to go to another master. The comb also worked unpleasantly, as if she was tearing her hair. It's all kind of backhanded. She asked me several times: "and now the straight ones?" ... What kind of bullying is this? )) And when I answered, I immediately asked the question "what?" I couldn't stand it anymore and said, "Do your job." In principle, the hat area was straightened relatively well. She parted her hair in the middle, but it turned out differently anyway. I wanted to leave a complaint, but I didn't spoil the mood for myself and others. BUT when I came home and lifted the top of my hair, I found that the hair growing from the back of my head was NOT STRAIGHTENED. They curl. The job was done just DISGUSTING. Complete disappointment, as well as a spoiled mood before the trip. Think about it, it must be unpleasant that I had to leave a negative review... The girls at the reception are pleasant and cultured, they do their job well. Now only to a trusted person.
