Beautiful interior, impeccable service.
I go to a specific master, Masha (a beautiful young mulatto woman). I highly recommend it. The master has golden hands. She'll cut your hair and color it so that you'll feel like a different person. A very pleasant girl, with a light hand and an impeccable vision of what needs to be done. She will advise you competently if you can't decide, but really want a change.

At the moment, the place where I prefer to get my hair cut is well-qualified. And what is important to me is that you can get in without an appointment, and at the same time not sit in line, almost always with rare exceptions. The place itself is quite cozy. The places are located far enough from each other, which means that another person will not be cutting hair right next to you. This adds comfort to the process itself. The prices are very affordable in my opinion.

Pros: cheap, clean, modern interior.
Cons: unfriendly, unprofessional staff.
It was the first time, I brought a child 4 years old, I got a haircut, the haircut took 10 minutes,
it was cut frankly carelessly.
I really didn't like how the master treated the child, don't even think about the individual approach in this institution, it's a conveyor.
I don't recommend it to anyone else.
But for the lover of Soviet romance, welcome to this world of cheap and low-quality haircuts in a beautiful wrapper.
At least they didn't get in the way :)

On the way to the salon, the administrator "pleases" with such a statement: there is no master, there is no record either. You can forgive that once, because we're all human. But when this happens literally every other time, it becomes very annoying and the desire to come here quickly disappears.

Today, 09/15/2024, THE "MASTER" Irina CATEGORICALLY DID NOT LIKE IT. It was just necessary to wash your hair and straighten it with a hair dryer (brushing). This was my 4th visit since mid-July. The curly-haired guy did it for the 1st time (unfortunately I didn't ask his name) - everything was just wonderful, his every action. the 2nd and 3rd time was done by master Victoria, I am also very pleased with her work. But today, it was something with something... From the first second, I knew something was going to go wrong... some clarifying questions that call into question the qualifications of a person... washing my hair with splashes, water flowed down my neck, my hair was not completely dried, water was running down my apron.. this obviously shouldn't happen...so that the water flows from the hair.. and immediately began to pull. I say, the hair is not dried, I have already done it several times in this institution, at first the hair was dried so that the water would not flow... to which the answer came with irony ...: so it was necessary to go to another master. The comb also worked unpleasantly, as if she was tearing her hair. It's all kind of backhanded. She asked me several times: "and now the straight ones?" ... What kind of bullying is this? )) And when I answered, I immediately asked the question "what?" I couldn't stand it anymore and said, "Do your job." In principle, the hat area was straightened relatively well. She parted her hair in the middle, but it turned out differently anyway. I wanted to leave a complaint, but I didn't spoil the mood for myself and others. BUT when I came home and lifted the top of my hair, I found that the hair growing from the back of my head was NOT STRAIGHTENED. They curl. The job was done just DISGUSTING. Complete disappointment, as well as a spoiled mood before the trip. Think about it, it must be unpleasant that I had to leave a negative review... The girls at the reception are pleasant and cultured, they do their job well. Now only to a trusted person.

"She was cut by a young girl who cannot fulfill the client's request. I asked to get a haircut 0.3 mm, I did everything in my own way. I didn't want to swear, but the attitude towards the client is disgusting.
