We decided to go out to eat in the evening, there were 30 minutes or so left before closing, while the guy was ordering pizza, I decided to go to the toilet and it was closed although there was still time, the men's toilet was also closed and even found a man with a boy who wanted to relieve themselves but they were not allowed. Tuesday with the 1+1 promotion is a large, unorganized queue. They warned on the phone that the order would be waiting for 45 minutes, but did not say that it was better to pay for the order online. I also wanted to order 2 hours before delivery, but as it turned out, you can order a maximum of 30 minutes before delivery. I make an order 30 minutes before delivery and lo and behold, they call and say that you can pick it up only after one hour. Thank you, with this queue I felt like a citizen of the USSR in line for bread.

Just terrible staff work. 08/17.21 on the way home from work, I made an order through the restaurant's website. I came to pick up just when the order was ready in the tracking menu. After payment, the cashier said to wait 15 minutes. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I found out that my order had already been ready 20-25 minutes ago, i.e. I just waited 15 minutes for my order to cool down. No apologies from the staff.
