I ordered a bouquet by a certain time. They replied that everything was fine and they would do it.
I came 5 minutes before the appointed time, reported the above, to which I was asked to show a photo of the bouquet and as it turned out, it did not even begin to be made. The girl began to collect and offer completely different flowers and a different color. At least one flower had its petals torn off (unfortunately, I noticed it after the exit).
As a result:
1. I stood for ~ 20 minutes waiting for them to assemble.
2. They offered neither a discount nor any compensation for their irresponsibility.
3. For this attitude, the other components of the bouquet and the torn flowers, I gave 115, I do not consider this the norm. The price does not match the quality.
We kindly ask you, if you understand that you have any kind of flow of customers / orders and you can't cope with it, warn about the waiting time so as not to run around in puffs and not make excuses for YOUR own work not done.
