My last visit was like a market hustle. The artificial build-up of the assortment displayed in the aisles of the store creates an impassable traffic jam. Endless queues. The ticket offices are crowded. You need to pass sideways.

I don't give 5 stars to shops at all... 4 stars, well, except for "ok, perekrestok and pyaterochka" somewhere in St. Petersburg or Moscow... I am silent for the shops of Alchevsk ...everything is sooo expensive!!! At least the choice is already pretty good. So the rating is "satisfactory".

Personally, my subjective opinion is that this is a non-store. To work and work on it in many ways. Of the 4 ticket offices, 2 are working at the same time. Individual cashiers (I will not write names) are rude to the elderly. The goods are thrown, they are not packed in a bag. There is always no change (coins), there is no terminal in the 21st century. The baskets for the goods are breathing hard. There are pallets with unpacked goods in the sales halls. There is always dirt in the vegetable department and rotten goods come across. I went several times and I won't do it anymore. I'm not forcing anyone to do this, draw your own conclusions. I wish that the store passed into the hands of rosinvestor with the restoration of order in it.
