Остановились в этой гостинице на неделю и получили массу приятных впечатлений!
Что особенно понравилось:
🏨 Безупречная чистота – номера убирали ежедневно, свежее белье и полотенца, идеальный порядок.
🛏 Комфортные номера – удобные кровати, хорошая звукоизоляция, все необходимое под рукой.
🌿 Приятная атмосфера – стильный дизайн, уютные зоны отдыха, красивая территория.
🍳 Вкусные завтраки – разнообразное меню, свежие продукты, внимание к деталям.
👔 Вежливый персонал – всегда готовы помочь, отвечают на все вопросы, встречают с улыбкой.
Отдельный плюс – удобное расположение: рядом центр города, но при этом тихо и спокойно

Очень гостеприимная гостиница и дружелюбный персонал. Всегда готовы помочь и решить любые вопросы. Останавливался несколько раз. Всем доволен. Через дорогу центр обслуживания мобильной связи, можно купить местную симку, много кафешек и ресторанов. Из большого плюса, есть парковка, на которую парковал длинный грузовичок, проблем не было. Интернет в гостинице хороший.

В общем и целом все непло, чисто, есть вода круглосуточно, небольшой косметический ремонт нужен, но сделают, город только оживает.
Персонал отзывчивый, румсервиса нет, если что то надо необходимо договориться и доплатить.
Все по Дрнецки дорого 9000 за номер, аналогичный допустим в Волгограде дешевле.
Завтрак включен. Кормят вкусно.

Уютный отель, просторные, чистые, очень притянуть номера. Вкусный и полноценный завтрак. Отличное месторасположение в самом центре. Хороший сервис. С удовольствием отдохнули во время командировки.

Отличная гостиница, для кого то может дороговато, но поверьте сервис того стоит. Отличная кухня, блюда доставят прямо в номер, номера чистые, персонал приветливый, завтрак по системе шведский стол, понравится всем и мясоедам и веганам.
Категорически советую.

Вкусные завтраки! Вежливый персонал.
Унитазы низкие, колени прям вверх! Никакого затекания! Рекомендую!

Девушка Анастасия ,на ресепшене ,супер вежливая и внимательная
Номера нормальные , только одна бутылка воды за 39 рублей , номер больше 9к за одного в сутки , можно еще одну бутылочку подкинуть
Ресторан ужасен , повара совсем не знаю , что такое паста и приготовили комок слипшихся макарон
Салат посредственный , суп еле теплый
В общем , жить можно , есть вода и достаточно тепло , но если покушать , то не стоит тратить свои кровные, рядом куча достойных заведении

Еду и напитки приносят в пластике , в номер невозможно что то попросить нормально , по словам сотрудников у отеля нет звезд , поэтому все в пластике , при этом стоимость номера от 11000 ))
Меню на завтрак на шведской линии не меняется вообще , что в декабре , что в феврале одно и тоже , если спуститься в 9 утра на завтрак , то будете доедать то , что осталось
Персонал бара сам решает , когда они делают рум сервис , а когда нет , будет ли они принимать оплату картой или только наличкой - тоже на их усмотрение , а , ну и платно ли это будет , тоже решают они
По словам персонала , отель звездности не имеет , поэтому , все на их усмотрение
В 10:30 будут вас настойчиво выгонять из зала , где проходит завтрак , то есть просто посидеть , попить чай , поработать на телефоне вы не сможете

Очень красивая гостиница ,чистая ,огромная кровать в номере ! Но …. Нет отопления вообще ,с окон дует ,дикий холод ,пожаловались на ресепшен дали обогреватель ,если бы не он я даже не представляю как бы мы там ночевали ..
Ванна ,вся в камне ,полы ледяные …
Такие деньги платишь за то что будешь мерзнуть …
Порадовал завтрак ,очень вкусно и разнообразно ..но ровно в 10.30 нас попросили на выход ,хотя мы еще не доели за столом ..
если приедим еще то только летом ,что бы было тепло !

В 2011 году проводили свадебную церемонию, было очень впечатляюще! Позже были на утренниках с детьми. Сервис всегда на высшем уровне

Неплохой отель. СПА не работает, полную уборку номеров делают после только после выселения. Персонал старателен. Завтраки классические, вкусные.

Номер чистый. Обслуживание достойное, все вежливые. Состояние хорошее с поправкой на войну... Рекомендую.

We were at work. I liked the hotel. The repair is a little outdated, but it is clear that they did it thoroughly, everything is sound and expensive. Breakfast is on top. The service is excellent! Clear. The location is the very center of the city. There are many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Parking in front of the hotel under the cameras.

A good hotel in the center of Donetsk. A huge plus is the availability of rooms at any time. I stopped twice and stopped in at night each time. And what is very important, there was water at night! Who doesn't know, there are big problems with water supply in Donetsk. This also applies to hotels. The staff is polite. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only drawback is the two-bed rooms. The beds, for some reason, stand next to each other. That is, it turns out almost one double bed. And this is very, very strange. Numbers 324 and 326. I can't say about the others. Otherwise, everything is as usual. The breakfast is not very varied, but very decent. Location, the very center of the city. Recommend it? It's expensive, but if it's possible, then why not.

Excellent hotel, very polite staff, everything is elegantly decorated, constant cleanliness and order, really amazing hotel, I give five stars.
However, the first thing that pleased me at this hotel was the hour-long wait for check-in, but perhaps this is an awkward misunderstanding with personal electronic equipment, it's not scary..
It was scary that there was little water in the toilets for any occasion, just one or two five-liter bottles.. There are difficulties that they may not be enough, for example, to flush, and this is sad.
Not everyone can ask for or demand more water.
But then again, overall the hotel is great.

A good hotel, comfortable. Prices are much higher than average (9200+) — for service and location. The rooms are cleaned for 5, there is always hot and cold water. The TV in the room is so-so, Wi-Fi often flies off the laptop, but it catches normally on the phone. Pleasant tactile bed linen, comfortable mattresses. The included breakfast is simple (porridge/omelette/fried eggs / etc.), but they cook well, the products are of high quality. There is a laundry room (for a fee), a sauna and a swimming pool (not checked). The staff is polite and friendly.

Mixed impressions. The room was booked for 2 guests in advance, but there were only supplies in the room for 1 guest. The issue was resolved after contacting the administrator. Room cleaning for 5+. The receptionist took a very long time to check in, was distracted by the call, ignoring us. The room rate included breakfast, the choice of which left much to be desired. From the hot, only fried eggs (I would like porridge) and that is almost not salty. Salt shakers on the tables are also impossible to find during the day with fire. Cottage cheese casserole (cold) is not edible. And yes, you need to have time to eat before 09:00, because later the plates are almost empty - the waiter apparently does not follow this. The pool is not functioning, but there is water in the room. Probably only for the presence of water and you can put 4 ⭐

It's a great place. If you take into account all the features, then this is an insanely atmospheric hotel with its own flavor and zest.
I recommend everyone to settle on the second floor, as there is always water in the rooms (above - not always).

We often stay at the hotel. As usual. We book and pay. Here we are once again settled. They called in the morning and asked for dental kits. And the guards came to us for a showdown. Let's go. It turned out that one person was registered, and there were two of us. We weren't hiding. We paid for it together. We were sitting drinking coffee, near them in the evening. And they came to us to sort it out, get dressed, go downstairs, pay for the second person right now. It's just a nightmare. Maybe they have such an attitude towards the military. I don't know. But it left an impression forever.
