A nice hotel, a cozy hotel. I really liked that the price includes a swimming pool and breakfast (buffet). We went with the children to a dance competition, the staff was responsive and attentive, and they gave water to our girls, and set up the iron. One caveat is that our room was next to the fitness room, and early in the morning we woke up to loud music - but we woke up early.

The price/quality ratio is the main plus!!! On the highway, a standard overnight stay costs so much, and here there is a swimming pool and sauna, a hammam and breakfast are included in the price! A separate plus for the smoking room on the 4th floor!!!
ps the review above was left by me based on the results of repeated stays in 2023-2024. and I set a solid 5 mark.
Now in March 2025, while living here once again, I was very upset with the attitude of the staff, both at the hotel reception and at the fitness center.
The pool is free, but when we went down to the pool in our dressing gowns, they demanded that we pay 6,000 tenge for the caps!!! This is more than half of the cost of accommodation!!
To the question of how, if you have requirements for caps, there should be free disposable ones (albeit inconvenient ones)!!!
The reception girl on the 2nd floor reported that there are disposable ones at the reception on the 4th floor. I went there, and they told me (literally) :
"The girls from the 2nd floor took all the free disposable hats for themselves and gave me 400 tenge to sell other disposable ones!!!! "
I bought it, the question is not about money, but about the attitude towards the guest, I have to get money out of his underpants for his "gray hat scheme".
Next, upon arrival at the pool, there were no towels, they told me to go back to the 4th floor... It's simple...
Allegedly, go to the massage area yourself across the street, even in dressing gowns or in underpants, although the SPA reception assured us that the hotel staff should escort you and there is a passage inside the building.
Dear owner of this complex, take note, because there is no worse when you put your soul and money into your favorite business, and some smart guys spoil everything because of incompetence or laziness or greed.

The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfasts are hearty, the cleaning is good. The price is acceptable. It's a pity that you can't have lunch and dinner at the hotel. But there are a lot of good cafes and restaurants around, which compensates for this disadvantage.

Disgusting service. In four days, we managed to get the room cleaned only once. And even then they didn't put towels on... We had to knock out toilet paper and water ourselves. The horror is terrible! There are dirty dishes in the breakfast room, not to mention that there are no knives at all. Just greasy, slimy forks...

I was on a business trip in April 2023. I stayed in a double room without a window facing the street, since I had no choice, I stayed there, the quadrature is small. Questions arose only about the window and the quadrature of the room, otherwise there were no complaints. Breakfast was included, varied, cleaning was timely, there was access to the pool.

One of the advantages I can mention is the cleanliness and convenient location, polite staff.
Cons - there is absolutely no noise insulation, I had the feeling that I was in a reserved seat car, there was still no connection with the reception, in order to ask something I need to dial from a cell phone. There are no do not disturb signs, room cleaning, etc. (as they say, a trifle, but it would be nice). On the second day, I wanted to order lunch in the room, to which I was told that there was a banquet in the restaurant and therefore the kitchen was not working. It turns out that if a person for some reason cannot go out to eat, can you stay hungry?!
In general, it's not bad, but there are points that need to be finalized)
