Disgusting attitude towards customers!
In August 2024, I ordered delivery to Brest, no one delivered. I asked the head to contact me - December has come, no one has called back!
There is no customer orientation!
The management's attitude to the product delivery process is condoning!
They did not explain a clear reason why this is happening, all they said was that the goods were in stock!
It was lucky that friends were traveling and delivered the long-awaited parcel!
And the delivery service should take care of the quality of work and take note of customer complaints, and not hide!

The worst delivery I've ever encountered. The goods were sent on 12/24/2024 by the supplier from Minsk to a legal entity in Gomel. Today is 28.12.2024 and the product is still not available. They promise every day and reschedule every day. They lie on the phone all the time. The manager replies that your product is on its way, wait. A day passes and when you manage to reach the driver 10 times, you find out that he did not ship the goods at all and it is unknown when he will deliver them.

The day before arrival, I received an SMS message with the delivery time interval and the driver's data, as well as a link to track and locate the car, which allowed me to plan my business in advance. The driver (Nikolai Lopin) called an hour before the delivery, and then another five minutes. I loaded all the goods into our car on my own. I waited until everything was checked and then just handed over the documents for signature. It was nice to receive the goods when everything is done quickly and at the same time they do not rush you. Many thanks to the company, and special thanks to the driver.

I was not impressed with the delivery. Why is the floor and apartment number of the recipient indicated if they do not deliver "to the door" and it is necessary to go down to the building? Terrible delivery. We lost the shipment at the same time, we sent SMS every day with information that the delivery would be for three days! We constantly called them ourselves. In response, we only heard that they would figure it out and our delivery would be a priority. As a result, they asked directly and explained to us that they had lost the product. Time is spent, there is no delivery and it is unknown when it will be. And if they hadn't called them and demanded explanations, they wouldn't have found out what was going on.

The next morning, a call at 9 a.m., they tell me: "You have a second class of cargo danger, we will not carry your order." A small digression: Class 2 includes compressed gases, liquefied gases, dissolved gases, cooled liquefied gases; mixtures of one gas or several gases with vapors of one or more substances of other classes; products loaded with gas, and aerosols.
