Good location for work & travel needs, excellent breakfasts with local fresh food, standard room complectation from Hilton ( good mattress, pillows,hair dryer, iron&desk). They have all conditions for the low mobility people. Good professional service.

Externally, the hotel is beautiful, and that's all there is to it. The hotel is located in the Asian part of the city, which is very far from all tourist places, although there is a metro and a ferry nearby, I advise you to get to the European part by ferry, it runs every half hour and the ticket is very inexpensive. As for the hotel itself: the windows in the room are poorly closed, so you will hear all the charm of life in the metropolis day and night, namely the whistles of traffic controllers, ferry signals, loud music from cafes and restaurants, as well as passing cars. The room cleaning leaves much to be desired, in 10 days the capsules for the coffee machine were put 3 times. The constant smell of sewage, the air conditioner is not working properly, the torn duvet cover! And the most important thing is the toilet behind the transparent glass) so if you're not ready to be so close to your partner that he's watching you through the glass, then you definitely shouldn't come here. In my opinion, the hotel is not up to 5 stars. They will also ask you for a deposit at the reception, everyone has a different one, they charged us 300 euros, which no one warned us about in advance! When I asked what the deposit was for, they said for a mini bar, BUT THERE IS NO MINI BAR IN THE ROOM!!!
