They brought the cat for sterilization. I would like to praise the staff for their work. They were immediately greeted warmly and professionally explained everything that needed to be done. The doctor, Maria Ivanovna, was courteous and kind to both us and the cat. After the operation, I took the time to give recommendations on care, treatment of worms and other recommendations.
In general, the impressions of visiting the clinic are only positive.
By the way, the operation went well. On the fifth day, the blanket was removed, and the cat was flying around the apartment like a helicopter, healthy.

Hello, we were with a cat two weeks ago..Okay, we waited for the appointment for 15 minutes, the doctor was just talking on her mobile phone, it happens....When examining the animal, she did not even take a temperature measurement, listened to complaints-and injection of prednisone.Treatment at home-Stop itching, and that's it. I put the syringe open with a needle on my magazine and ran back and forth from the office for some reason, then shifted it to a dirty table for examination...the doctor was offended at my request to change the needle before injecting the animal, but she changed it.After that, the reception was completed.No differential diagnosis, no diagnostic lab, no normal examination of the animal, no prescribed treatment-even external additional therapy for already affected areas with weeping and crusts-nothing, one bottle of stop itching ((((Yes, by the way, the doctor did not even say goodbye to us, just left.This is our second visit to your clinic, and our last.Naturally, the cat got worse and the next day we started both examination and treatment with a competent specialist in another clinic.Vet doctor Inga Sergeevna, well, you are a doctor, why did you choose this profession and already work with complete irresponsibility to patients?

I came with my cat for a checkup. He's a tough nut to crack, so I kept him for inspection. As a result, the cat bit me hard, so much so that I almost lost consciousness. Neither the doctor nor the assistant were going to provide any first aid. Only after I asked for water, they brought me both water and ammonia. There was no question of any disinfection/treatment of the affected area. I give 2 stars for indifference to customers.

I would like to express my boundless heartfelt Gratitude to the Doctor of the Polotsk branch, MARIA IVANOVNA, who saved the lives of our three beloved cats (8 months, 1.5 and 2.5 years) with a deadly viral disease, when the survival rate in such cases is only 10 (!!!)%. The doctor quickly got into our trouble and, having established an accurate diagnosis, immediately determined the tactics and strategy of treatment, ensured the use of vital drugs, which ultimately led to incredible success in the treatment and recovery of our pets! I cannot keep silent about the fact that a few days before contacting the Center of Dr. Bazylevsky A. A., we lost an 8-month-old kitten, who had all the signs of panleukopenia and who "burned out" in 4 days during the "treatment" in the so-called "clinic" under the CUNNING name "Kolobok" (?!), where they did not take tests, did not establish (or hide?) the diagnosis was incompetently "treated" by pumping the kitten with water and pumping 280 rubles out of me (By the way, he fell ill a few days after castration in the same "clinic"). As a result, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT (!), he was BRUTALLY euthanized - he suddenly died in front of my eyes and hands in terrible convulsions (instructions were given by a young boorish employee named Roman). In contrast, I would like to emphasize the informal attitude of Dr. Maria Ivanovna, her penetration, sensitivity and real care, her professionalism and, despite her young age, sufficient experience and level of knowledge, undoubted human charm. Thanks to Dr. Maria for being respectful to us, pet owners, and affectionate to the pets themselves, who are created for love! I recommend that you trust Dr. Maria Ivanovna and carry out her appointments, because they are competent and honest, because even in a hopeless situation she will do her best! Thanks to the other doctors (Inga Sergeevna and Olga from the Novopolotsk branch), administrators and maintenance staff; and BE SURE(!) To the management of the Veterinary Center of Dr. Bazylevsky A.A. for high-quality recruitment and management, provision of appropriate equipment and drugs, for the fact that "You treat for real!" We visited this vet clinic for the first time. We were very satisfied, the staff was competent, carefully examined the cat before vaccination, explained in detail what the reaction might be. hello!! We came here because my dog was worried about toothache. Unfortunately, I am distrustful of many veterinarians and clinics, given what can happen to pets when you give them into the wrong hands. there have been deplorable situations where doctors are to blame, so, at our own risk, we decided to contact here, since the reviews are good, why not? I just want to note that the people to whom I entrusted my miracle, my younger friend, turned out to be very, if I may say so, comfortable!! it was immediately felt that these were the ones that would not harm in any way, but on the contrary! and, fortunately, it happened!! everything went well, it was nice to communicate with the veterinarian who treated my dog, I did not feel any discomfort, and this shows how professional a person is not only in the field of his profession, but also in contact with clients, if you can say so :D
