Today I called our vet clinic, where they helped us with the Cat (she is a girl, but a kid, because the Cat (in a skirt)) to thank the staff for their kindness, participation and responsiveness, as well as an individual approach to Mota (ask, shuffling your foot in a curtsy, to Matilda).
Our wonderful doctor himself asked after a while to tell us "how are you?" when he let Motya and me go, who then had two teeth pulled out under anesthesia, and before that we came with a flux. We promised. Many people might not have done this, because there is no problem anymore, why waste time, and there is no time for this in the pre- and New Year's puffs.
For me, it's just some kind of inner need to return to the person, the experience, the situation with gratitude.
I called and talked to the administrator, who listened to us very carefully that evening (not like it was in another vet clinic). I started the conversation by asking if she remembers the brown Oriental Motya (she also loves this breed and fell in love with Motka instantly, so I came in with trumps - I must remember)? It was also a verification question, because there are two administrators working there, I wanted to communicate personally with "ours". A wonderful woman remembered everything and recounted our condition as if it were yesterday (several weeks have passed for a moment, and we are not the only patients there). Then, and then I said that we were happy that we got into her and our doctor's hands. That we (well, Motya, I just caught a cold) are completely healthy, crunching dry food and running around the house, chasing Asi's curly ass (our second cat).
It was a pleasant conversation and a wonderful conversation. We wished each other good health and met only for vaccination, sent greetings to the doctor (his shift is tomorrow), then switched to the fact that we wish the veterinary clinic healthy patient tails. And I shared the information that I would be happy to recommend contacting them if someone has to.

Pay for the appointment and you can be free. All you will be advised is to contact a specialist of a narrow profile, naturally for an additional significant fee. And this is despite the fact that the pet has pronounced symptoms and the doctor sees it perfectly.

The competence of the doctor should be evaluated by the commission and the management. But I consider it unacceptable to yell at the client's refusal from the imposed procedures: "You are killing your cat, I will write a statement against you for abuse." They refused to take her to the hospital for such grief specialists. The doctor did not like the diagnoses of previous clinics, however, without tests, without a normal examination, she immediately prescribed an "alternative treatment". You will not get anything but dirt and inadequate attitude here. The contract was not given, the documents on the procedures were not received. I recommend that the management review the criteria for selecting employees.

We were assigned to do an ultrasound, according to their recommendations, we went to a certain doctor who said that we have stones in our urinary tract and we definitely need to drink an antibiotic because there is an inflammatory process there, and that something else will be added in addition to feed so that the stones are crushed, upon returning to the vet clinic, I told the doctor or nurse (I don't know who is there was), and said that it would be necessary to prescribe some kind of antibiotic, as a result, they let us go home saying that nothing was needed, donate urine, send the result to us and we will look, but now they will not prescribe anything because the doctor who treated us after the night and she is not there and only she will prescribe. As a result, after sending a urine test for the next day, after TWO DAYS of my phone calls, they told us yes, and indeed you need an antibiotic, due to the urine results. TWO DAYS LATER, we were prescribed treatment, to my indignation, why wasn't it prescribed earlier, because the doctor said what was necessary for ultrasound, and I threw off the urine on the same day, they told me well, sorry, nothing is visible on ultrasound, you won't see inflammation, and they say the doctor there is incompetent allegedly (although they advised me) although EVERYTHING IS VISIBLE there, the walls of the urinary tract are uneven, which indicates an inflammatory process, well, they say the administrator messed up and did not pass the urine test to the Doctor. For treatment, we were prescribed only pills to narrow the urine passage channel, after surgery and food (and THAT's IT). And they also advised us very much to take a drip, but not just a drip, but so that he could stay in the day hospital later - we will observe him)) for 250 rubles)), so that they do not immediately pick up from the clinic). I came to the clinic and entrusted my pet to you, I don't want to sit and learn the anatomy of cats, you studied for this! But if the doctor says that inflammation is not visible on the ultrasound, what kind of doctor is this?! As a result, we went to another clinic, where everything was laid out on the shelves, explained, prescribed competent treatment and did not mislead, and money was not pumped out with an incomprehensible hospital.
