We haven't seen this for a long time.
We were on a guided tour, breakfast was included. The group is large, 50 people.
Came. To drink tea or coffee, you had to stand in line for a cup of boiling water from 2 thermopots. Naturally, after 30 minutes the water ran out and that's it!
And the new one boils for a long time. As a result, they could not drink normal tea. The water warmed up a little after 20 minutes. There were no cups either, no tea bags either, everything had to be asked for. Did you not know that you will have a large group in the morning with breakfast already ordered for 50 people?
The food was served by one waiter.
For an appetizer there were 2 pieces of cheese and 2 sausages. But at the same time, only 1 piece of the loaf and I got such a small one that I asked the waiter to bring me another one, but of a standard size. He brought it. In my hand. In the hand without a glove, without a napkin. Without a plate. Just in the hand.
As a result, for a long time, without tea and coffee.
The interior is not bad, but the service is terrible.

Great nature, lake.Beautiful location.The service is 4 points out of 5. Food to whom as. If you like a meat diet, come here. I would like fruits, vegetables, fish in the end, but alas, for 5 days of stay, mostly meat dishes. The price per day of stay with meals 3 times a day, 70 rubles per person.

The staff is friendly, but the receptionist (not everyone!) sometimes you can't find or get through. There is no heater or air conditioner in an ordinary room. Because of the bad windows (not sealed), you can only stay in the room in outerwear or wrapped in a blanket (at a temperature outside (8-14 degrees).
The food is like in a cheap canteen, it doesn't cost that much money.
There is no desire to visit this place again.

I was with my wife and children. We wanted to have lunch at lunchtime. With an almost empty hall, the waiting time for simple "on-duty" dishes is up to an hour. In our case, it was probably a plus - we went to the city and had a delicious meal at the Balash cafe for very little money.
Another time I went to the "restaurant" to drink coffee - I waited for about 20 minutes with an empty hall. But!!! A cup of coffee with cream and candy - 2 rubles. Apparently, the waiting time is compensated by the price.
It's a pity, a decent recreation center, the nature is just super, and the food is somehow long and tedious.

Until now, I had enjoyed eel only in sushi, and it was a special taste unlike anything else.
And in this ear there was someone with the taste of fish, boneless and in the skin.
But this taste did not even resemble eel from sushi.
Do the cooking methods change the taste so much?
Pike perch under mushrooms is the most delicate.
And here, too, the question is: the sister is sure that she ordered a pike perch under chanterelles, but it was under champignons :)

The service has never been worse. Starting with the fact that only 4 tables were occupied and we didn't have enough menus, we waited for others to order. Then the menu was just silently thrown at us on the table. After ordering, we waited 1.5 hours for the first course to be brought.... after the first course, we waited another 40 minutes for the second one... as a result, French fries were brought, which seemed to have been fried in oil since the morning, it was wooden and empty inside (the whole was fried)... in general, one disappointment... yes, there are no soft drinks on the menu, when asked what is available, you heard, go see what is there with the bar... we definitely do not recommend visiting this place
