The hotel is very good for this place, the room is clean, one bad thing is that the toilet and shower are separate, for several rooms. But it's clean. The hotel is small, there are few places, so you need to book in advance.

Among the disadvantages: The attitude towards the guest. The prices are high. 200 rubles for using an electric stove. Washing in the machine, for one bookmark of linen 500! 500r Karl! There are no blackout curtains, you wake up at dawn. It is cold everywhere, there is no central heating, one heater per room, there is no extractor hood, no heated towel rail, nothing warming, nowhere to dry. Going outside is a problem, especially at night, the administrators are unhappy that they are not allowed to sleep, since the rules are such that they lock the door with a key when leaving. Bed linen is changed every 2 weeks. Of the advantages: new rooms, there is TV, there is wi-fi (but it works intermittently). P.S. After the usual hotels in greater Russia, you will feel uncomfortable there, but that's all because there was a war and now it's just starting to recover. There is nothing else to rent in the city and nowhere else, so you will have to live there. The review was honest and factual. I didn't want to offend anyone. A decent hotel, both the exterior and the room itself inside and the rooms. Heater, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, kettle, Wi-Fi, tea with sugar, ... in general, everything is there, the hotel is decent, the staff is friendly. There are few guests, so no one will make any noise.
