On July 13, 2022, my mother visited a store on Fabrichnaya Street after 6 p.m. She was shortchanged by 15 rubles and even in the presence of customers, she was accused of not remembering which bills she gave and was told that this was not the first time she was scandalizing in this store. Then they removed the cash register, counted the money and admitted their guilt, saying that they had confused her with another woman. They brought an elderly man to a jump in blood pressure so that I had to run to the store with medicines. The book of comments and suggestions has not been submitted even for the second request.
