A piece of St. Petersburg in Yerevan. We rented a car (swift, I also highly recommend it) and immediately went to drink. Tinctures - top, creamy mint and red basil - are out of competition. We didn't eat sandwiches, but the menu sounded interesting. A set of 6 shots costs 4k drams (as of today) - sooo inexpensive for such a taste.
If you think it's worth going in or not, don't think.
