This restaurant is the best in Minsk! Gorgeous interior- lots of cute and original details, the view around- the lake, nature!
The kitchen is original, impeccable. But the most important delight is the service. Professional waiters, with perfect knowledge of the menu, perfectly recommend, closely monitor all processes during your vacation.
There are few places where everything is so good! If I return to Minsk, then this will be the first place I will go again. You are the best!

Excellent service, unobtrusive waiters are ready to keep up a conversation on gastronomic topics, they know the dishes and cooking technologies perfectly.
The serving of dishes, and the device with tea is simply beyond praise.
The atmosphere in one word is a buzz!
So what's wrong? Why 4?
Having a fairly large international number of hotels and restaurants, I have developed one simple rule, everything is fine, these are the components of success.
In restaurants, it's the location, the design, the serving, the service, the taste and the food itself.
And when everything is fine, then the score is the highest.
So the food itself and the tastes turned out to be, alas, weak, by 4, and this is very out of the overall picture that I described above. In no case can it be said that it is tasteless, but just a little weak.
If you tighten this parameter, there will be a solid 5, but so far 4, in general there is a lot to strive for!
At the same time, I recommend you to visit, you may have other gastronomic emotions!

The place is very atmospheric, beautiful, cozy, but! In the summer, this year we celebrated a wedding in this restaurant. They were extremely upset... the stated level of service and the quality of the dishes did not correspond to reality from the word "at all"! By the time we arrived, nothing was ready except sliced fruits and vegetables. Within 2 hours, they just started serving snacks and hot dishes, although they agreed on something else. The dishes were decorated terribly, after the celebration, the guests talked about the stale salads. The waiters could not cope with their duties, they had to constantly call them, ask them to remove, or, conversely, refresh the glasses.
It is a pity that a restaurant of this Level could not cope.

We celebrated the wedding on August 10, 2024, rented a banquet hall on the second floor and an area for on-site registration on the street.
The check-in area on the pier under the sweetly leaning willows is very picturesque!! In addition to the arch, you can take beautiful photos against the background of swings, the Usyazha River, terraces, or just against the background of well-groomed greenery. A special charm appears in the evening. The playground is cozy and comfortable because it is separated by a hedge, you can safely organize a buffet and have fun not in front of everyone)
The banquet hall is spacious, very elegant, in an aristocratic style. It is very important not to overdo the decor, as the hall itself has many details. Since the space of the hall is divided by wooden columns and the hall itself is decorated in dark colors, additional light (uplighting) is extremely necessary!!
The dishes were not only beautiful, but also delicious. And what else is needed? The event was served by several waiters, in general they coped with a bang, but of course, there were also such guests who were indignant at the empty glasses. Special thanks to the waitress girls who paid attention to the youngest guest of our wedding, and instead of shouting "take the child away, he's in the way" - they took the handle and played.
Among the minor disadvantages of the service: no one replaced the dummy plates before serving the second hot one. And by the time it was served, after the first hot one, something could already sour on the plates, it was not very pleasant. You need to discuss this point in advance and you will not encounter such a problem)
Special thanks to the banquet manager Egor, who kept his word and did not let us down: we were not late with any timing, we did not miss the choice of the main menu and snacks. And he really was a real support on such an important day for us.
Thanks to the Dubrovnik restaurant and its staff for such a wonderful day!!! We have never regretted that we chose this particular place. Everything was just magical))

I visited the institution a few years ago, the experience was great - I decided to repeat it.
This time:
1. We waited outside for 15 minutes until the menu was brought. They didn't bring it.
2. Inside, the waitress brought the kitchen menu and promised to immediately bring the drinks menu next. I didn't bring it, no one came up to us for the next 15 minutes.
3. When they reached us, it turned out that they would have to wait in the kitchen for 50 minutes, allegedly also an increased load.
There are moments when you can't drive anywhere normally with a baby stroller - I'm already silent, at least return the service base here.
All this is strange, especially since the landing was far from complete.

Last time we waited about two hours for the feed, we weren't even warned, we were sitting by the lake, there were no blankets. They're frozen. That's why I was surprised by the service last time....the food is delicious. Deal with the staff. Young guys are trying very hard… Just the same, last time I corrected the situation, brought tea and a cake and apologized for my colleague. I'm lowering my rating only for the staff.

The interior is just super ( everything is new , clean , stylish and at the same time, homely ) Expensive , but without pathos. Kitchen - 100 points. I would like to mention the service separately . The staff is like a family. We have long heard about Belarusian hospitality… Now we know personally . I advise everyone, definitely 👍

Отмечали юбилей отца. 75 лет. В целом, ресторан "Дубров" в Раубичах - это место, где встречаются великолепная кухня, приятная атмосфера и заботливый персонал. Я без колебаний рекомендую его всем, кто хочет насладиться великолепным обедом или ужином.
Кроме того, цены в ресторане "Дубров" являются вполне разумными, учитывая качество и изысканность блюд. Я с удовольствием заплатил за такой уровень обслуживания и кулинарного опыта.
Не могу не отметить профессионализм и внимание персонала. Они были очень вежливы и внимательны к каждой детали. Мои запросы и пожелания были учтены, и я чувствовал себя по-настоящему ценным гостем.

I love this place so much that I'm ready to sing odes to it) The summer terrace (although the tongue does not turn to call it that, there is a huge territory there) is just a delight, right next to the water, with beautiful locations for photos.
Food and cocktails are always perfect.
It's a pity that it's a long way from Minsk, but it's definitely worth coming here, especially in summer, to look at a beautiful order.

Очень живописное место. Понравился большой деревянный беленый сруб основного ресторана со множеством деталей, фишек и акцентов в интерьере. Интересное,разнообразное и очень вкусное меню. Красивая и уютная территория у воды.
Из пожеланий: быть отзывчивей к маленьким мечтам гостей. Очень хотелось есть десерт и запивать чаем у воды.

We visited this restaurant today (05/13/2024), the table was not booked in advance, the restaurant was not crowded with visitors, we waited for the order to be accepted for more than 20 minutes, and then almost an hour of its preparation, given that there were many visitors who came much later than us and were served much earlier. After almost an hour of waiting, a cold dish was brought to my husband, and there was a hair in my portion of coal fish. This is not the first time we come here and once again we are convinced of the unpleasant and unprofessional attitude towards visitors, with the declared status of the institution as a restaurant, the service must match! After such an attitude, submission and apologies in the form of: "let's make you a cocktail or coffee, we have a lot of excitement today", which my husband and I did not see, I think this is not a very good reason for the service in the last place and such an attitude, I definitely do not recommend!!!
Wasted waiting time This place is definitely not worth it!

A beautiful place, but disappointed with the administrator. It has been repeatedly. The waiters, the cuisine and the service are at the highest level! But last time I took an empty table by the water..I sat for 10 minutes waiting for the menu..the receptionist came up and asked to leave, as the table had already been booked by someone in advance. There was no armor plate on it. I went to the building of the restaurant itself and stayed for dinner there. An unpleasant aftertaste remained.

Outside there are tables and a terrace right by the water, very atmospheric. According to the dishes, I can't say that it was very tasty and something surprised me a lot, but the lemonades are very tasty, we appreciated the whole company. Prices are above average.
