I came to Dushanbe City Bonk on business — and the staff just went to eat, leaving people waiting on the street! The queue is standing, the doors are closed, no one even warned. Such an attitude towards clients is unacceptable. People are wasting their time, standing in the sun, and workers are quietly having lunch. I am very disappointed with the organization and service.
