But the "Doorman" pleasantly surprised me: firstly, professional advice from the manager at the very beginning, secondly, all possible points and nuances are discussed, they warn in advance about the dates and dates of installation, and thirdly, they changed two interior doors and fixed the jambs of previous installers. This store has a great selection of both interior and entrance doors. We were looking for a small interior door, and for a long time we could not find a suitable option — many companies did not work with orders for one door, especially of a non-standard size. We found what we were looking for in the Doorman store. There are no imposed additional services! If you don't need a measurer and an installer, that's up to you, you won't be forced to order handles, hinges, and locks. The doors are available, and pickup is possible. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I bought two interior doors to my apartment, chose inexpensive eco-leather models with glass inserts. The recommendation was given by a friend who bought doors in this store a few years ago. The manager described the products in detail, calculated the approximate cost, including fittings and installation. They immediately issued an invoice and recorded it for measurement. The doors were available, and the measurer arrived a couple of days later, everything was delivered on time, and they were installed the next day. The whole process took less than two weeks, which was actually delayed only because of my busy schedule. The payment was made after the fact, without prepayment. There are no complaints about the quality and installation.

The doors were changed throughout the apartment, and I can say that the quality is excellent! The front door was chosen very stylishly, with an aluminum box, model ad 6051. The girl manager helped us find eco-leather doors that were similar in style to the apartment itself. Since not all models were available, we were immediately told that it would take about 4 months, but believe me, it was worth it. Delivery and installation took place on pre-arranged dates. Special thanks to the manager and the installers for their work - they are professionals in their field. The doors fit perfectly!

I needed an inexpensive but sturdy front door. I contacted the Doorman, they consulted me from beginning to end and selected several interesting options. The first calculation and measurement was done within a couple of days, and the installation was about a month and a half later. An office that will feed you with expectations while you wait for your doors.
We came here only because we really liked the consultant Tatiana. She consulted, showed, told everything super clearly and professionally, promised the doors in enamel that they would be in a month and a half, at the latest in two. The contract stipulates a period of half a year, my husband asked this moment, to which Tatiana again assured that the contract is a standard one for safety and the doors will be 100% standing in 2 months.
As a result, we received our doors in 3 months and 20 days.
But this is not all the "buns" from this company, we ordered platbands with a black edge along the contour. It is the platbands with a black edge. 5 platbands were cut off after installation and installed without a black edge.
Instead of at least explaining that the platband that adjoins the wall cannot be with a black edge and count the usual white platbands (cheaper) in those places, of course we counted everything at full cost more expensive.
As a result, an overpayment of about 100 rubles for 5 platbands in the black edge that were thrown into the trash.
For 5 doors and 2 portals (for the entrance and the hall), they gave 4990 rubles and plus 860 rubles for installation.
A couple of days after installation, we began to put things in order and thoroughly wash everything, it turned out that the door in the toilet at the bottom next to the hinge with a chip, the chip in the enamel is not very noticeable, but the fact itself, the chip in the new door is well such a thing.
After you have signed the contract and brought the money, no one cares about you deeply, you will be told that the plant has delayed your doors and that they will be soon.
Thank you Tatiana for your promises, thank you to the company dvernik for the super cool attitude.
Even if there are no doors everywhere in the city, we will never contact this company again in our lives, it is better to live without doors than with promises and such an attitude.

I do not recommend it. We ordered five doors, the amount in the contract was prescribed for all the doors. The cost of each item and locks with hinges is not indicated anywhere. I recalculated it separately, it turned out that the total amount was overstated, but it was too late the contract was signed. Installers damaged the wall during installation, they did not provide supporting documents for the installation payment because they are self-employed and have no relation to the "doorman". In the acts of acceptance and transfer of goods and installation of doors, there is not even a seal and signature of the store. I had to go to the store myself and demand to put it on my certificates. Keep in mind that without the store's signature, it's just a piece of paper. And they promise a month and a half on time, in fact they waited 3 months in the store, they said read the terms of the contract (90 working days).

I do NOT recommend this store !!!
The attitude towards customers is disgusting. The order was waited for a full period of about 5 months. Just promises and excuses. They installed 5 doors at once by their own employees (they paid in full - 1/2 advance and the second 1/2 upon delivery), and when a couple of days later bright yellow spots around the handle appeared on the new door, they first said that it was oil from the handle and would provide only paid services to eliminate it, and then they said that it was NON-WARRANTY case. Despite the fact that no one lived in the apartment!!! So everything remained. Terrible attitude and approach!!!!!!!

Boorish attitude from the moment of payment, before that, at least apply to one place. Non-compliance with delivery dates. They didn't bring my order and tried to force me to deliver the wrongly delivered one to them on my own and pick up my own, despite the fact that I paid for the delivery. The director is an "untranslatable game of obscene words."
We saw a sign - a 180-degree U-turn and away from this office in order to save nerves and money.
