Hello. Today, the courier at 22_00 brought a WMC TOOLS 2068 screwdriver with 2 batteries, a case, a set of accessories). And everything would be fine...and the kit and the case and the accessories, but ... When checking the screwdriver, it turned out that when switching speeds, the gearbox then works and the cartridge clamps well and turns, then it does not work and the cartridge scrolls, i.e. you hold it with your hand - the motor is running and the cartridge does not spin-. Which is to the right and which is to the left. You need to switch it several times to grab it. That's the trouble. Hurtful. I just bought it on you. I immediately called the courier. He said to call the sellers tomorrow. Which I will do. I'm taking the case to work and tomorrow I'll go to the company-to Matusevich a 44B. I 've read the reviews ... everything is fine and well... I hope for a competent answer and solution.

I bought 4 Michelin X-ice 3 wheels today (11/14/2018). Of the advantages: The wheels are in stock, they quickly accepted and placed an order, they suggested the manufacturer's country. The price is the lowest available on the Internet. Of the disadvantages: Upon delivery (and for 4 wheels it is free), you cannot pay with a card. Come for pickup if you have a card. I arrived, paid, and took the wheels. I ask about the packages on wheels, and in response I get: "If you paid in cash, the packages are free. You paid with a card, for a package of 60 kopecks." Interesting discrimination... Are you short of cash? It's not the first time I've bought in this store, I took it as an individual and as a legal entity. There are never any questions about prices - the most profitable ones. There are shoals for maintenance every time: it takes a long time to figure out where the order is and who accepted it, then the accounting department issues invoices for 20 minutes, although they warned in advance (it was last year, maybe the situation has changed). And now the packages... If you need it cheaper, take it from them. If you want a service, pay a little more elsewhere.
