Two photos are attached. On one of them, a person sits exactly in an armchair and sees nothing except the ceiling and part of the wings, and on the other - on the edge of the chair, leaning towards the railing and at the same time sees only the scenery and part of the stage. If your balcony is not equipped for watching performances and concerts, then you do not need to sell tickets for it. The impression of the performance and the evening is spoiled. The money has been spent nowhere.

We wanted to enjoy the performance of our own child, but we faced rudeness and a spoiled mood, for our own money!!!
The attitude of the ticket collector was simply unacceptably boorish, and humiliating, simply because my husband and I arrived 5 minutes late!!!!
She scolded us like children, expressed so much discontent and rudeness, as if we had committed crimes.
Such people SHOULD NOT work in places where people come for positive emotions.
It is impossible not to admit that in the modern world, after all, everyone is trying to be customer-oriented. At least minimal politeness, regardless of whether they sell products or let them into the concert hall, and not the staff as "Soviet" sellers.
Review the staff at the entrance to the hall!!! These very old ladies, it's time to relax at home, on a well-deserved pension, and not vent their anger on people.

The Palace of Culture itself may not be bad, but with announcements, and even more so with tickets for performances, it is tight (there are buy-tickets without cash, but not what we would like. buy receipts- I took a ticket to the play, I saw it by chance..)I have not seen any stands with posters in the city, there are posters on social networks (VK, insta), but tickets are only by phone, and even then there are leftovers..
