This is a real Palace of Culture. Wonderful amateur and semi-professional groups, adults and children. Each time there are new programs, which show not only the skills of the participants, but also the hard work of highly qualified managers and mentors of the teams. The Palace itself is maintained in good condition, everything is beautiful and comfortable. Thanks to all the employees of the Palace and responsible city leaders.

For a district center, it is more than a decent palace of culture. Beautiful decoration, lighting, a hall for 600 people and very comfortable, soft, velvet armchairs. Modern equipment and stage lighting. Definitely worthy of the most famous artists, only they rarely come (. We are waiting !)

A wonderful cultural center! There are a lot of interest groups, wonderful high-level events, especially free weekend concerts! The event "The Last Peaceful Day" on June 21 was very impressive: we plunged into a warm, joyful day before the war, listened to songs and music of the 30-40 years of the 20th century, we even managed to dance to a brass band! Thanks to the organizers, the director, the presenter and all the participants of the event! A lot of young people took part, which is especially important and pleasant!

The Palace of Culture is unrealistically cool for the district center! A beautiful foyer with good lighting and rich chandeliers, a large spacious hall, soft velvet armchairs, everything is visible and audible, very comfortable! I think this place is worthy of hosting the most famous artists!
