We had a rest in August. I really liked it. The room has everything for life)) Comfortable beds, pure white linen, towels are soft and clean. A comfortable small closet with a mirror, it has shelves for linen and hangers. There is also a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning in the room. The mirror is a table with a drawer and bedside tables on them with a lamp. Two chairs for the balcony and a table)). Each room has a balcony. The kettle is only available in the suite. Iron with ironing board on the ground floor. The panorama in any direction is awesome, the sea, the mountains... Shower, bathtub, bathroom (soap, toilet paper). I am writing in detail, because I searched for this information myself, but I did not find it. We rested for a week, there was no shortage of water and light. They say it happens, but not for long (an hour).
It is very cozy in the courtyard, there are benches, there is a fantan (illuminated in the evening). The territory is small, but very beautiful, there are verandas with tables and benches, there are photo zones).
There are no complaints about nutrition at all. Always tasty and fresh food. We had three-course breakfasts. Egg, cheese, butter, porridge, and main courses. Diversity in everything.
I recommend this guest house to everyone for a vacation in Abkhazia.
Oh, yes! To the sea, 2 minutes walk. The coast is clean. You can always take an umbrella and a sunbed (600 rubles per day) for 2 sun beds and an umbrella.
There is entertainment on the water. The beach is not crowded. The water is transparently clear in the sea. There are coastal cafes. Where various entertainment events take place in the evening.
There is a shop opposite the hotel where you can buy everything you need. You can also choose any tour there.
I also want to add that there are many shops and bazaars in Tsandripsh where you can buy anything))

A wonderful guest house. This is not the first time we have rested in it. Good reception, respectful attitude of the staff, everything is wonderful. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained. I recommend coming here for a vacation, you will not regret it. The sea is very close.

I stayed at the hotel from 06/28/2016 to 07/12/2024. I didn't find any disadvantages. Clean and cozy room with mountain and sea views, hearty breakfasts, beautiful, well-maintained territory with a fountain, benches, gazebos, close location to the sea.

Our vacation is August 2023.The hotel is good.There is order and cleanliness everywhere.Both in the hotel and on site. The owner of the hotel is wonderful.Moderately strict and very respectable.Maid Nuria works like a bee and manages everything.Friendly .Room cleaning and linen change are at the highest level.The breakfasts are very dense and delicious.The sea is a 2-3 minute walk away.The only drawback is poor cellular communication, but this is a problem for the whole of Abkhazia.In general, we recommend this hotel to everyone.And next time only to Jugelia!!!

I had a rest from July 18 to 29, 2023. The ticket was only with breakfast. But there are enough such breakfasts until lunch! Porridge, cottage cheese, eggs, butter, sausage, cheese, coffee or tea, there is always milk. It is obligatory for the second: sausage, cutlet with side dish! Very good. You've been overeating. The room was double, the room had air conditioning, refrigerator
TV, all decent furniture, rugs. The bathroom also has everything you need. Bed linen and towels are all snow-white. They are changed every 4 days. Towels can be changed early if necessary. Two maids -Nuria and Marina.. Well done, polite, hardworking people!!!

This year, in July, we had a rest in Jugelia. I really liked the hotel. There is a nice girl and a friendly girl sitting at the reception. He will always tell you and advise you where to go, where you can buy something and answer all your questions. We really liked the room. It is clean, cozy and has everything you need to relax. The furniture is neat and stylish. The air conditioner was working properly. It was +35 outside, and the room was cool, in general, it was a complete Disaster. We took a trip with breakfast. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. The waitress is always friendly and polite. Thanks to her for the good service. There is not a large pool in the courtyard, but most of all we liked the gazebos in the courtyard. And the roosters are walking around the territory. We live outside the city and wake up to the crowing of roosters and it was so familiar to hear crowing that it was like at home. It is a 3-minute walk to the sea and 5 minutes by crawling. Because they sell very good wine, chacha, beer and absentee on the street. There is a cafe on the beach on the right and on the left. I'll go back to the hotel. The staff is very polite and always responded to our requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The garbage was taken out daily. And they asked if everything was in order and if something was needed.
Let me summarize my story. We really liked it. The hotel is cozy, calm, beautiful and the main thing is that the people who work there treat guests with Abkhazian hospitality.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely come to you again and recommend your hotel to all our friends.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of June 2022.
A very nice hotel with a large well-maintained territory with beautiful picturesque plants and trees. There are 4 separate gazebos in which you can relax in nature and in the shade, there is a barbecue area. We lived in a double room with a large bed, everything is comfortable (pillows, blanket). There is no hair dryer, but they brought it with them. A balcony with a view of the fountain and the sea, no one smokes on it, there are special places. In the early days there was no cooler or boiling water, but at our request, everything immediately appeared on the ground floor.
Only breakfasts are included, portioned and very dense of three dishes, not counting cheese, sausage, butter, bread. Very tasty, homemade.
We got into the rainy season, so we couldn't even get to the nearest cafe or store for lunch or dinner. In this regard, there is nowhere in the hotel to warm up or have a snack.
The sea is two houses away, the beach is slightly equipped, a few sun beds and umbrellas for a fee. The entrance is a pebble, it is better to enter in special shoes. There are few people on the beach, it is quiet and peaceful. There are two cafes nearby, we didn't eat in them, I don't know the menu, but in one evening there is always music and dancing until 00h.
It is problematic to eat normal food with children in the village, after trying several nearby cafes, we found the "Dining room at Anya's" (from the hotel to the main road on the left a couple of houses) fresh food, delicious, a large selection. For 4 people - 1300-1500 rubles.
The village itself is stretched, it's a long way to the market, it's better to take a taxi, they just stand near the shops, for 50 rubles per person. There is nowhere to walk in the evening, only the sea. You can go to the nearest Gagra or other places from the Sukhumi highway (15 minutes from the hotel).
After traveling and seeing all of Abkhazia, we realized that Dzhugelia is the best place to stay and have a relaxing holiday.
I would also like to mention the staff, always positive, polite, responsive, especially the administrator Alesandra, all our requests were fulfilled as quickly and accurately as possible. It's worth everyone to come and see !!! P.S.
One small minus is the rooster, who started crowing under the windows at 5 a.m., only earplugs were saved :-)

We took breakfast- we had more than enough: cheese / sausage, butter, egg / pancake/ casserole, porridge, mashed potatoes / pasta / buckwheat with cutlets, meat casserole or sausages. The lock jammed in our room - it was done in a matter of minutes. The territory is beautiful, there are gazebos, near the sea. There are a significant number of canteens where you can eat. We ate in the dining room at Anya's.Minus for me: hot water for drinking, only if the guests themselves think about themselves and turn on the thermopot.

I do not recommend this guest house to anyone!Rudeness rules, the owner is easily rude and yells at the guests of this guest house. Requires to pay a deposit of 2 thousand rubles, does not settle in a 100% paid room without payment. The deposit is not specified anywhere in the terms of the agreement, not in the voucher issued at the time of purchase, for check-in. When applying for a refund, the paid money is sent far and for a long time without hesitation of expressions. His granddaughter is sitting at the reception, the same boorish and rude woman, absolutely does not give a damn about anyone and everything. Deposits are not returned if they violate invented rules, threats and a list of fines are posted everywhere. The air conditioners do not work and these are your problems, the room stock is old Soviet, blood stains from dead mosquitoes are smeared on the walls, the beds are made across with two sheets, very dilapidated. The bathroom curtain is short, water flows everywhere, ugh...

I was on vacation with my child in July 22. A good average hotel.
I must say right away that the village is only for recreation: the sea-to drink-to eat-to sleep. There's nothing else to do here. There are no pedestrian areas, just walk along the road, but go only to the dining room or shop.
Problems with the water pressure in the bathroom. Sometimes you stand soapy and wait for the pressure to appear.
Wi-Fi is very weak.
The mattresses are old - the springs dig into the body.
There is no kettle in the room.
We lived on the 3rd floor - 1st floor 21 steps - went down 1 to the hall to pour boiling water into tea.
The breakfasts are dense and delicious. For me, it was like eating three meals a day at one meal.
Roosters and some other small animals are screaming under the windows from 5 a.m. to night.
It's close to the sea.
The reception is pleasant, they solve all issues calmly and kindly.
As for the taxi, I also want to say - take a minibus.
I ordered a taxi at the reception to the white rocks - they said 200 rubles, the taxi driver arrived - said 400. But we were still going for 200.
We moved to Pitsunda. I texted 2 taxi drivers in WhatsApp , one wrote 1800 rubles, the other 2500.
That is, there is no single tariff. Whoever could rip you off, that's fine.
We rode a minibus for 300 rubles per person.
In general, you can stay at the hotel.

The staff are three elderly grandmothers (respectively, they do not have time for anything) and the granddaughter of the owner at the reception (to whom there are no complaints) is a very nice girl. But the host, this is a separate topic, the artist... Upon check-in, he plays a whole performance, tries to send guests to another hotel, i.e. a sanatorium without amenities in poor condition. And if you don't resist, and people don't know about it in advance, then you're lucky there... But many come back later. The breakfasts are varied, but inedible and everything is always cold... It is located a five-minute walk to the sea. The sea is gorgeous, the beach is pebbly, clean. The hotel is fifteen minutes by taxi from the border. And also complete savings on everything, if the owner had not been so greedy, and developed, then the hotel would have been on a solid four. ..

We rested in this house for the second time. We were with the children for the first time about 10 years ago. The rest was a success, the owners are very friendly, caring, clean, cozy, beautiful everywhere. It is very tasty and home-cooked. The house is located in a quiet location. This is a vacation for people who do not like movement, but on the contrary want peace and quiet. The beach is two steps away, clean. The sea is clear. We rested both times with pleasure!

We had a vacation with two children in September 2022. The only advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the sea. The rooms have not been cleaned in 7 days, the breakfasts are terrible, there are constant interruptions with water, a rooster that has been crowing since 3 o'clock in the morning. But these are all small things compared to the owner of the hotel, a boor of the first sample. One of our children is a toddler with disabilities. So this is the much-vaunted owner of the hotel, Jugelia R., showed us why we came to him with such a child, if he had known, he would not have let us on the threshold. He was prevented by our stroller, which was placed at night (with the permission of the administrator) in the foyer near his shoes. We were just shocked by his statements. There is only one conclusion-I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel.

We bought a tour to this hotel from a travel agency at the end of July 2022 - two double rooms. The owner of the hotel, instead of paying for two rooms, offered one room not in this hotel, but located on the second floor of some store, located further from the sea than the hotel. Two 9-year-old children were offered to put on a single bed, and the eldest was given a cot.
Besides us, there were 9 other people at the reception, whom he tried to move into the Psou boarding house.
Earlier, Jugelia Roman, the owner of the hotel, tried to expel the children who were tired from the road, sitting in chairs, from the lobby at the reception, saying that they had to sit by the numbers, then he did not know that we had just arrived.

We had a junior suite on the ground floor. wifi is more than normal
Good furniture, working air conditioning, lots of electrical outlets. The window to the courtyard is a plus. The yard is quiet, deserted, well-maintained, with a sculpture of a fisherman and a fish.
By the way, in the absence of a dryer in the room, linen is offered to be dried in the yard on a rope. The rope is tied effortlessly with one end around the neck of a sculptural old man. Which does not spoil the composition.
You can watch the sunrise from behind the mountains from the window.
A separate big plus is a double bed with a large high-quality non-split mattress.
I had to buy something that was not found in the junior suite: a hair dryer and a small electric coffee pot. Everything was found in hardware stores in the bazarchik area, located a 20-minute walk away. The iron was shared in the hallway.
A separate big minus is the dampness in the bathroom. Is the ventilation not working? I had to buy a rag to wipe the water in the bathroom. Otherwise, our bathroom floor wouldn't dry out until morning. This is the only significant disadvantage. The staff does their job normally. Thanks to them. Overall, it's good.
Breakfasts are normal 2-3 simple but delicious dishes. Tea, however, May tea bags. You can have dinner with a sea view in general nearby.
There are a lot of options where to eat, but really delicious cooking was found in 15-20 minutes on foot. It's there ;)
The distance to the sea is optimal: 5 minutes. down a quiet alley. The beach is nice. The water was sometimes cloudy, but it sometimes struck with crystal transparency - and this was in the middle of July. In general, I liked the sea.

They booked for example , but they changed it to Jugelia for us .They didn't regret it.When we entered the building itself, we were struck by the perfect cleanliness of the boarding house itself.Everywhere the carpeting was just pulled out.The room has very beautiful furniture, refrigerator , air conditioning ,TV , all amenities.Good cleaning, clean linen.I really liked the food, it's a pity that only breakfast.The portions were small, but there were enough dishes.Porridge, some kind of second course, tea or coffee and something to go with the drink.Cottage cheese or some kind of sweet casseroles, pancakes .The staff is polite.A nice balcony overlooking the sea, which was very pleasing.The sea is nearby, five minutes walk, through the tent. There is a great barbecue in the tent on the counter!!! The territory is very beautiful and well maintained.The most important thing is that it is quiet and peaceful and the road goes away.Next year we are back here, in Jugelia !!!

The hotel owner confirms the check-in in a much larger number than there really are places, then tries to temporarily move into hotel structures under his control with much worse conditions, promising to relocate later, playing a whole performance, "including the fool" and exerting psychological pressure to force the client to accept his conditions. When we were in the lobby, the indignant non-permanent guests of 6 rooms were sitting. Fortunately, the tour operator moved us to another hotel, I'm afraid to assume what would have happened if we had booked directly.
