I really want to share my opinion about this studio.On 02/14/2024, I installed implants from Mikhail Vladimirovich.The doctor is really wonderful, there are no questions about the installation.It's too early to judge the rest.That was the end of all the good things, when making an appointment for dental treatment, they conduct a consultation and offer an appointment for treatment in three months, not earlier, you will save the tooth during this time, well, no, you will go for removal or a crown at best.When I refused a temporary crown, the doctor began to express his dissatisfaction without hesitation in my presence, I understand that a private clinic is a business, but not that much.After that, I turned to the supervisor, as this situation was not pleasant to me, she calmly listened to me, apologized and offered a free dental cleaning as an apology.After brushing my teeth, the administrator issues me an invoice in the amount of 6850 rubles.I'm paying for everything, but the fact itself angered me, I didn't ask for such an apology, thank you very much.I apply for a tax deduction certificate, the administrator assures me that the deduction for implants is fixed and they can only issue such documents.I had to go to another clinic to clarify the information, where I was told that implantation is an expensive treatment and it is not included in the fixed tax deduction, it is 13% of any cost.I had to contact the supervisor again, the conversation was not as pleasant as the first time, they did me a favor and hung up on me.And finally, I make an appointment in advance, as expected, with an orthopedist, I call back today to reschedule the appointment as early as possible, and in response the administrator replies that there will be no appointment, as the doctor is leaving for training and suggests rescheduling the appointment for another month.Question:why doesn't the administrator warn you about this in advance so that the person can make their plans for rescheduling the time and date?From the above, I have a huge request to the management of this studio, please put yourself in order and start hearing and respecting the opinions of patients.You have wonderful specialists working for you, but after such an attitude, there is no desire to contact you and recommend you to anyone.Thanks!

I chose Dr. Dzyuba's dental clinic – this is a very correct choice and now I feel and visually just have new teeth. The whole procedure lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes, but you don't feel this time, because a young but very attentive doctor, Anna Vladimirovna, constantly explained what she was doing and asked about my well-being. Before brushing, a special plaque indicator substance was applied to the teeth. He painted his teeth in different colors so that it was clearly visible how old the plaque was on different areas of the teeth. Next, the dental hygienist gave me a mirror and showed me the most neglected places, I mostly had pink on my teeth, which means that plaque is less than 2 days old and slightly purple – more than 2 days. Such a visual demonstration is very important to me, because I myself would not have known where my problem areas are, which need to be given more attention. Hygiene was done very professionally, two imported devices were used, with an emphasis on cleaning the interdental spaces with a special abrasive piece. The dental hygienist worked standing up, moving around my chair all the time to brush my teeth from different sides, very carefully and carefully. The teeth were polished with paste, all the teeth were treated very carefully. Several times I was asked to rinse my mouth, in addition, after all the cleansing, I was given an antiseptic, at the end they smeared all the gums with gel to restore. That's exactly what professional hygiene should be. The doctor is a high professional in his field, the complex also includes the delicacy and thoroughness of the procedure, the absence of gum damage and the perfect, according to the sensations, cleanliness of all teeth. The doctor showed me how to use dental floss properly and selected toothpaste and toothbrush individually for my teeth.
