I have been going to various specialists for more than 7 years, but it is the sessions with Svetlana Vladimirovna that give an "instant effect" - the result is noticeable, let's say, immediately.
Svetlana herself is pleasant in communication and, what was important for me personally, she can explain problems in well-being not only from an emotional point of view, but also pointing out possible health problems. During the sessions, we not only analyze difficult situations in life, but also pay attention to breathing techniques and awareness of the importance of our own body (in a broad sense). This combines the psychological and physical state into one whole, allowing you to work through problems in a comprehensive manner.
The center itself leaves a pleasant impression from the very beginning: cozy, calm and everything is at a high level.
