Unfortunately, the impregnation I needed was only in this store.
I talked with sales specialist Svetlana St*******about the purchase.
I find Svetlana's attitude to work and to me as a client to be extremely unprofessional, dismissive and disrespectful.
Firstly, a different impregnation option was sent from the one ordered.
Secondly, when communicating by phone, Svetlana assured that both options are the same, that the photo of the impregnation on the site was published by mistake and there is no necessary impregnation. That is, instead of solving the issue, Svetlana tried to simply close the issue by convincing that both impregnations are the same (= deceive, since the desired option was in stock. I think Svetlana just didn't want to deal with this issue).
Thirdly, my goal of impregnation is to finish the manufacture of a product that is tied to weather conditions. I explained that I was going beyond the time frame and I needed to get the right impregnation as soon as possible. As a result, it should be sent (I write, it has not yet been sent) only on Thu, although I informed Svetlana in the SAT, and on MON the presence of impregnation was checked in the warehouse.
Having my passport details, address, phone number, etc., Svetlana is going to send the parcel only 2 days after I sent the erroneous impregnation back.
Fourth, I paid for the return of unnecessary impregnation myself. There was no offer to refund the shipment.
Fifth, Svetlana has never apologized for her mistake, for the inconvenience, or for the additional costs.
I highly recommend not having a relationship with this specialist.
