I applied for a replacement display, it was fixed (not cheap). Two months later, the screen stopped working, the warranty was not recognized, citing the fact that the matrix burst and it was completely my fault. Not a phone, but some kind of crystal vase) Considering the cost of the work, I do not recommend it.

I live in Mogilev, I had to change the speaker on my phone, because there was no such spare part in Mogilev, I found it in Minsk! I called beforehand and clarified the availability of this spare part, I was assured that it was available, they signed me up for 20.00 to repair the phone. I came from Mogilev to Minsk in order to repair the phone. When he came to the repair service, the young man told me that this spare part was not available!!!!! How is it??? I came from another city on purpose!!! To say that I was upset and outraged by this attitude towards customers is to say nothing!!!!! I do not recommend this service!!!

On 12/18/2023, I handed over a laptop for repair. in the evening, they called back and explained what repairs needed to be carried out and its cost. everything seemed to be fine. as a result, the device was not repaired on time. Well, anyway, anything happens. I call 8.01.24 to find out what I can hear and they explain to me that the laptop is in operation and will be ready next week. Result: 13.01 a message arrives that everything is ready and you can pick it up. upon arrival at the service, it turns out that the device is returned without any repair. The master could not give any explanations or clarifications about this. This attitude is simply killing. There is no desire to apply here anymore. Probably all that can be trusted is the pasting of phones, and even then I doubt it

Отличный сервис. Обратился с проблемой восстановления данных с внезапно умершего ssd. Сразу предупредили про некоторую вероятность потери данных. Но по итогу многочасового восстановления данных смогли сохранить все нужное. Хотя по итогу в ssd умерла память. Работой сервиса доволен

I gave the laptop to repair the left loop with a 10 percent discount. instead of a discount, they offered to replace thermal paste and dust cleaning. we did it quickly, in 1 day. even when I took the laptop, I checked that it works and turns on, etc., but I didn't check the keyboard. I come home, and a row of wsx keys crashes and prints wj instead of w. the next day I don't know how, but the keys started working and it's unclear why the keyboard went wrong, I hope everything will be fine next. the price tag for such a service is 300 rubles, it feels like they take the prices out of their heads, so I would like a clear receipt for how such an amount turns out

К сожалению стал клиентом этой чудо конторы, сдал телефон с разбитым стеклом. При осмотре сказали менять полностью модуль,согласился. Телефон сдал в 12 сказали что можно забрать в 4 часа. Приезжаю в 16.30 телефон не готов так как курьер якобы не привез запчасть, не позвонили не предупредили даже. Я сам с другого города, пришлось отменять маршрутку и искать где переночевать так как пообещали сделать на следующий день до обеда, по итогу звонок в 11 утра обратно перенос времени на 5 вечера. Приехал забирать, телефон в 5 был ещё не готов. Подождал , после осмотра в низу телефона щель которой не было и не должно быть. Мастер ели как уменьшил щель но все равно она присутствует. Думаю ну на этом все , но нет. Отъехав 2 станции метро обнаруживаю что не работает отпечаток пальца, Бравоооооо. Мало что кормят завтраками так ещё и ломают. 100 раз пожалел что обратился в чудо сервис.

Ужасный сервис! Уже десять раз пожалел, что обратился в эту организацию. Оставил заявку, перезвонили, сделал предзаказ необходимых з/ч для ремонта моего телефона. По приезду в оговоренное время и место з/ч не оказалось в наличии. По моим жалобам предложили сделать чистку с разборкой телефона, не помогло. Мастер развал руками и сказал, тогда нужно менять микрофон, но за чистку заплатите, пожалуйста!!!! Заказал повторно з/ч, приехал в назначенное время - з/ч нет…. Желание дальше воспользоваться услугами данной конторы отпало! Удачи! Продолжайте в том же духе!

Держали ноутбук до последнего, хотя обещали ответ через 2 дня. Каждый раз кормили "завтраками", в итоге забрала его без ремонта из принципа. Не хотелось иметь с гими ничего общего. На вид после них ноутбук был таким, будто с ним в футбол играли. Предъявила претензии их менеджеру - мне ответили "ну он же уже и так был со следами эксплуатации". Не советую это место никому.
