I contacted this company with a request to replace the glass of the back cover of the iPhone 15PRO. The replacement was performed by master Oleg on 13.03.24. He assured that he would perform it efficiently. As a result: the case was scratched along the perimeter. The phone's camera itself shows small foreign particles after repair (which were not present before the repair), and they are under new glass. To remove them, it is necessary to open the glass of the back panel again. They offered to leave it under warranty. I refused. If the master couldn't handle the installation of new glass from the packaging, I don't see the point. Scratching the body around the perimeter is a thrash. 410rubles to the wind. Don't waste money and time.

The phone didn't turn on. They said that it was the firmware, they would do it in 1-2 days, a week later they returned it and gave it a day to check, during the day the phone periodically rebooted, brought it back, after diagnosis they decided that it was the processor, promised to do it in 1-2 days, as a result, a week later they returned the opened non-working phone with the words that nothing they were able to do it, the office manager could not clearly explain why they did not want to return the money for a poorly rendered service, since initially it was not about the firmware. I do not recommend this workshop. I handed over a laptop for repair with a known defect. We took it for a quick diagnosis. As a result, the laptop was lying around for 3 days, they imposed a service for cleaning and replacing thermal paste at the maximum Minsk price and basta. The defect was not found, the repair was not done, they sold an extra service for a new device and gave it away. That's all. For serious repairs, you should look for a normal company with professionals, not managers.
P.S. The laptop stopped even turning on after the "golden" cleaning.
