Once again I came to buy an evaporator, I asked the employee what could be the reason that 1 of 2 evaporators is constantly problematic, it does not pull at all, respectively, money in the trash, yes, it costs only 10p, but 5 pieces have already flown into the trash. The young man said that this is a marriage, bring it, we will look at it, change it. When I came home, I poured the liquid into a new evaporator, did my business, decided to steam an hour later and, again, the same problem, it does not pull at all, everything is fine with the second one. When she came to the store the next day, telling the girl about yesterday's conversation with another seller, she received the answer that they did not have such a thing, they did not change anything, and in general, this employee had recently got a job (which is definitely not the case, because since spring she constantly fell for him)
Either train your employees to consult correctly, or be responsible for the information they provide
