A wonderful hotel in the center of a cozy old town!
I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of disposable slippers, an ironing board, and an iron .There is a kettle with tea bags, water.In the bathroom there are soap accessories - toothbrushes with toothpaste, ear sticks, gel, shampoo, hair dryer.
Clean bed linen, towels, bathrobes!
Very friendly staff, admins!
Breakfast is included, the hotel has a bar and a summer cafe with a varied menu!
I will stay at the East Astana Hotel on my next visit!

It is quite cozy and quiet, as the hotel is located almost in the center of the city. The rooms are quite spacious and the service is excellent. For the first time here I saw an electronic floor scale in the shower. The breakfasts are not very rich, but it will do. Who has a parking lot on the car.

I really liked the hotel. Very cozy, clean, atmospheric. The interior is so interesting. Very nice bar-restaurant nearby. In general, the location is perfect! The only drawback is there is no elevator, it's a little heavy with things on the stairs.

Advantages: location in the city center, friendly and courteous staff.
Cons: the price for accommodation (in my opinion is too high), a modest breakfast, minor flaws in the repair (one night a piece of decorative panel fell off at the head of the bed).
The hotel does not match the declared 4 stars.
Will I look at this hotel next time? Unlikely.
I can recommend it, but with an offer to compare it with other hotels.

The East Astana Hotel is a real find! We had a wonderful time during our stay. First of all, I would like to mention the excellent service. All the staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The room we stayed in was clean, cozy and comfortable. The view from the window was amazing.
A great bonus was the presence of a restaurant in the hotel, where we enjoyed delicious cuisine and a wide selection of dishes. The breakfast was varied and we found something to taste for the whole family.
The location of the hotel is also commendable - the convenient location allowed us to quickly get to the main attractions of the city.
We leave here with the most positive impressions and hope to return to the East Astana Hotel next time. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and comfortable accommodation!

A twofold feeling, the place is good, quiet, calm, cozy enough, but a lot of but, the service is not intrusive, the room was not cleaned for three nights, one piece of soap... I asked, and they gave me another circle. The TV shows only YouTube, while the Wi-Fi is very weak...the cafe in the hotel is cozy, but it's a bit expensive for me... in general, so far only 3 stars

Overall, I liked the hotel. Comfortable beds and everything you need is available. The staff is friendly and helpful. Among the disadvantages are the same breakfasts, without the possibility of choice. But I will make a reservation that they are not very bad. Also, the shower drain did not work well in the room. Only YouTube viewing worked on TV. The WiFi is good.

The hotel is not bad, the staff is friendly, the rooms are cozy. There are some shortcomings. It's not clean enough, there's a leaky sheet on the bed! There was someone else's hair on the clean bed.There is an unpleasant smell of sewage in the toilet, there is no air freshener. There was a shortage of towels-two large ones for two, one for the legs and another medium one.. A spare roll of toilet paper must be there. Well, breakfast takes a very long time to prepare. Coffee is not served for breakfast, only tea is a minus. We couldn't even order it for money..

There are a couple of drawbacks: there is a flavor in the fai, well, with a not very pleasant smell; breakfast is from 8 in the morning, and not from 7 as in other hotels; the waiter moves like a zombie and ate little. He talks barely audibly, moves very slowly.

I was in early November, the price was 14,000 tenge and last night the price was 15,000 tenge, I asked why the price went up and she says since September this price and says not to argue.
