Very comfortable hotel, simple and delicious breakfast, clean/fresh beds. The hair dryer is working properly, and room service is available by the hour. The reception is very responsive. But at night you can hear passing cars, but for a person living in a big city, this is familiar and does not cause discomfort. 😉

The hotel is generally not bad, but there are points that need to be improved. First of all, I would like to pay attention to the work of the reception staff – the staff do not look friendly enough, sometimes it feels like they lack professionalism. This spoils the first impression of the hotel. Yes, young guys are good, but there is no experience.😏 In addition, I would like to recommend reviewing the style of clothing of the staff at the bar, waiters. Meeting guests in T–shirts is, in my opinion, not the most suitable option for maintaining the image of the hotel. A more stylish and austere uniform would add to the atmosphere and create a sense of a higher level of service.🙌 It is also worth working on the quality of the food – the dishes offered in the kitchen leave much to be desired. It would be great if the chef paid more attention to the taste and variety of the dishes. I am sure that improving these aspects will make your stay at your hotel much more enjoyable.”😇🙏🙌
