LIARS!!! I left a request for diagnostics of the BEKO washing machine! I arrived, the master looked at it, said that the drain pump had burned out. They said the repair cost was 32 thousand, then 29 thousand. I said that I did not expect it to be so expensive, I said to wait for the answer to think, suddenly the master says let's do it for 15 thousand, I gave the money. It turned out that he did not repair ANYTHING, just cleaned the filter, and left another pump (which he brought in a suitcase). Allegedly changed it! The attendants!

The photo is attached. These would-be craftsmen deceived me and put a broken, raging battery. And today we were surprised. The prices on the website and in fact do not match!!! They need to be dragged through the courts for such tricks. All reviews are 5 plus drugged. Don't believe them. Because they are bots and Russians. I called at lunch on Friday, they said they would pick me up before 7 — they took me away at 3 o'clock the next day (They didn't call, they didn't warn me that they couldn't. I had to call myself and beg for it. Even the operators confirmed that they needed to get the phone to the master faster, because it got wet)
The website says: repair in 1 day.
The 4th day passed and they didn't even diagnose the device. Again, I remind you that the phone was in the water and he needs help faster.
I called them, they said they hadn't started yet. I asked if it was logical to prioritize problematic devices — to which they replied that they had to come and ask for it themselves. (lol)

They said yes, come to the office, the master will pick you up and tell you how much the repair will cost. They kept me for a week, forced me to clean my computer for 12,000 TNT with a change of cooler. But before the courier could leave the entrance, the computer turned off. Of course, I called back, they promised me very politely to send a master home, but they did not specify in what year or century. A week has passed - no reply, no greetings. When you turn on the computer, it immediately overheats and turns off. Yes, there is a lot of dust inside. I don't know what they did for a whole week. I will definitely not contact them anymore and I do not advise others
