We stayed with my wife at the ECODOME hotel from October 19 to October 21, 2024. Room 416. We visited as in a sanatorium. Silence, beauty and tranquility. The room has everything you need. The cleanliness in the room is perfect. There are 3 stops to the metro ACADEMY OF SCIENCES by public transport (they walk like a subway), Lyudmila and Natalia are very nice and pleasant women at the reception, always ready to explain and help if necessary. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! We have stayed in many hotels in Minsk, but next time we will try to get to this wonderful hotel, if, of course, there are free places. We sincerely wish success and prosperity to all the hotel staff and management!!!

We stayed at this hotel from January 14 to January 17, 2025. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, TV, two towels per person, disposable bags of shampoo, shower gel, soap. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room was a little chilly for me, the receptionist on duty gave me an extra blanket. The security is polite. The metro station is about 20 minutes on foot or by bus. There are picturesque places nearby: a botanical garden, a park nearby, a canal with a gentrified embankment. We liked everything. The price is adequate.

I liked the hotel! Yes, it's a bit far to the center, but given the low cost, you can also take a taxi)) depending on the load on the roads from 6 to 15p. You can also use public transport, the bus stop is nearby. Metro/bus for 1p.
There is a dining room at the hotel, it's a pity that it only works on weekdays. Large and spacious room, separate bathroom.node. Excellent number of towels, 3 towels per person. There was no cleaning for 4 days, on the 3rd, the garbage was taken out.
For early check-in / late check-out from 2 to 12 hours, half the cost of the daily fee is charged.
A hairdryer is provided for free, ironing is paid.
There is no elevator.
There is a beautiful botanical garden nearby, definitely worth a visit. Before entering, you need to walk a few stops towards the metro, and you can exit the garden right in front of the hotel.
The hotel has a gym, billiards, massage chair. I recommend the chair! It's super! At the cost of a penny, and the pleasure is a million:)))

It's a long way from the metro and public transport stops, in the courtyards, but spacious rooms, a cooler with water, you can use a microwave and a 7-minute walk to a convenience store, and most importantly, a good price for the capital.

Guys, this is terrible. This is not possible even considering the room rate.
Everything is dirty, the bed linen smells like fried pies. I woke up every morning, like in a bakery where the oil hadn't been changed in years. The bathroom is like after a massacre, it's scary to enter the shower stall. The water in the drain does not go away, we bought a special remedy to clean it ourselves. At the same time, the kettle and plumbing were cleaned.
During the 5 days they were there, they never cleaned the room, they threw out the mussels at most, leaving buckets in the middle of the room, apparently they did not have enough strength to return to the bathroom.
There are no slippers, soapy ones were brought once and for 5 days, toilet paper for emery lovers.
Location: residential area, far from the center on foot, 2 transfers by transport. There is a bus stop and a minimarket not far away.
We decided that we should take all this as an experience and no longer rent a hotel, relying on the price and photos.
I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

Clean, cozy room, friendly staff. Good location. I liked everything. A fat minus to the guards. The barrier is not opened when the bell is called. There is no answer to the phone. We stood a little uncritically, stopped by and parked the car. An elderly security guard came out and told us to park in another place, because we are not leaving today. The place is already between 2 parked cars. The place is narrow for a bus. We could barely open the door and get out. To a reasonable question, why if there are enough places and why don't you immediately go out and park, or answer the phone and immediately tell me which place to stand. She brazenly began to answer, called us collective farmers. Unexpectedly!!! I'm speechless. She said she would go now and fill out a book of comments and suggestions. So she began to push me in the shoulder and tell me that she was sitting in this building, and I was going further there. Dear management, please pay attention to the security staff, such things are not allowed... The hotel itself is not big. Cozy! Price/quality 10 out of 10.

The overall impression is positive: clean, warm, cozy, there is a TV, Internet, air conditioning, kettle. That is, you can relax by sticking to the TV or the Internet, or you can just sleep after an active pastime. Judging by the photos, there is billiards, ping pong, but we were not up to it, we had too busy days, so we came here just to sleep and gain strength. The hotel territory is clean, tidy, beautiful, there are benches, plantings, the area is quiet, the best place to relax, there is also a dining room on the territory. A huge plus is the cost of accommodation: we planned a trip for the weekend coinciding with International Women's Day and, of all the hotels that I reviewed, this turned out to be the only one that did not raise prices and where check-in was available on March 8th. Now, from the cons: the dining room does not work on weekends, and we were just on weekends, so I won't say anything about the quality of the dishes, it's quite difficult transport accessibility: you can only get to the center, to the train station, to the national library with transfers. One stop is 350 meters away, the other is 500 meters away, there is no metro nearby. Conclusion: as I wrote above, the overall impression is positive, I rate the hotel itself at 5, but due to the non-working dining room on weekends and difficult transport accessibility, I put 4 stars. For those who are not confused by trips with transfers by public transport or who use a private car or taxi, I definitely recommend the hotel. I think myself, next time, I'll stop here if I don't find more tempting offers. And if I find it, I will definitely write about it. I wish you all good health and all the best.See you soon. 😉

I didn't like the hotel. It's cold! Staying at the hotel coincided with the April frosts, the windows are blowing through, it is cold and uncomfortable. If you are alone, there are only block rooms for 2 people per room, 2 rooms per block. You'll have to share a room with a stranger, and a toilet and shower with 4 people. Inconvenient. The staff is not responsive, I wanted to buy a second place in the room to live separately, they did not give it, they were not allowed. I do not recommend living alone, if there are two or four of you, and it's warm outside!!!, then it will be nice.

One of the few places that were free during the May holidays in Minsk. We got two-room mansions with their own kitchen. Cars can be parked in a protected area behind a barrier. The city center is not far away - 15-20 minutes drive.
Of the disadvantages, there are not enough cafes and restaurants nearby. On weekends, the local cafe does not work and to have breakfast, you need to go somewhere in the center.
There is a gym.
The staff is friendly, the place is good

A great hotel, there is everything you need: very comfortable mattresses, shower and toilet in the block (the room was for two rooms), refrigerator,air conditioning, kettle, TV. Everything is absolutely clean and working. There is liquid soap and shampoo in the shower. Disposable hygiene products and slippers can be purchased separately at the reception. There's also tea and coffee. Nice staff. Excellent sound insulation of the rooms. I recommend.

A good and very inexpensive hotel. It is located near the center, a couple of bus stops to the Akademicheskaya metro station. We took an economy room - shared toilet and shower in two separate rooms. There is soap, towels, shampoo/gel. There is no hair dryer.

The hotel is very dirty. We booked a room with breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00. We went out at 8:15 in the morning, so we skipped breakfast. We were given it in the evening with sweets + 0.5 liters of non-carbonated drinking water. The cafe is open until 16:00. Therefore, it was not so easy with dinner either (

Overall a good place. It's quiet around, although in the morning the school or someone else turned on the music. The staff is polite, they gave a teaspoon on request. The room requires thorough cleaning (see cobwebs and dirty faucets in the photo) with a vacuum cleaner and detergents. They don't clean at all on weekends. If there is a kettle in the room, what is the problem with putting a cup and a spoon? There is a 2 watt light bulb in the toilet, if not less, it is dark. I also don't understand why there is a tub of plants on the windowsill.

I came to Minsk for 5 days. I booked a room in this hotel. Very quiet and peaceful place. I made an advance payment for the first day. The remaining amount was paid on the day of arrival. Settled quickly. The room has everything you need: a kettle, a mini-refrigerator, water cups, towels. Everything works. Take shampoos, shower gels, hair dryer with you, because they are not in the room. I had a double room (standard). There is an extra blanket in the closet for those who are always freezing))) Clothes can be ironed for free on the ground floor. You can wash it for a fee. There is a cafe in the hotel. For a very nominal fee, you can have a VERY tasty meal. There are a lot of people in the cafe at lunchtime, but there is enough food for everyone and tables too.

Great hotel! The prices are minimal, and the level is 2-3 stars 👍 Perfect cleanliness, very quiet, the rooms are decorated minimally, pleasantly. A spacious bathroom, a comfortable bed, the filling of the room is thoughtful, everything is there.
The hotel is not overcrowded, the rooms were on the day of the appeal.
A quiet green area, it is convenient to get from the center (5-7p taxi). Very friendly administrators, you can drink coffee and buy marshmallows at the reception)
During my visit (end of June) there was no hot water, you could go to the next building to the shower (two steps away). For such a price, I don't even consider it a minus, especially since they immediately warned me on the phone.

We stayed at the Eco-house for the holidays (May 6-9). The location is not very convenient, there is no place to eat nearby (I do not mean shawarma, but a more or less decent institution). There were no breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the hotel, as the staff was also on weekends (and this happens). The territory is well maintained. The first two taxis arrived there because of the wrong entrance
Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the most pleasant staff. Only because of the women at the reception would I return to this hotel.
We were located on the ground floor in a two-room block. The block included: a toilet (it was equipped for people with disabilities, although there were no such in the block), a shower room (it will go for a swim, but it was not completely cleaned; on the second day on May 7 it burned out.
a light bulb in the bathroom, the master did not come before the departure, probably he also rested for the holidays), a room (there was a comfortable bed, but it was better not to look under the bed, there was a surprise waiting for us under one of the beds, wrappers, boxes, some details; it was cold - there was no air conditioner, fortunately there were the second blankets used to escape at night). There is no sound insulation.
In general, only the women at the reception were pleased at this hotel! They are very nice and friendly! Thank you very much that the review is worth 3 stars, not 1)

Peace and quiet. After walking around the city, complete relaxation. Breakfast is not included in the price, but there is a cafe. It is closed on weekends. There is a kettle and a refrigerator in each room, you will not stay hungry.
The hotel staff are friendly, positive and helpful people. Do not ignore any of your problems. And gentlemen who want a 5* service from 2*, you are not here.

The room is nice and big. In a quiet place, but far from the metro. I take off the star for the rude greeting of the administrator upon arrival. The broken cornice in the room and the shower stall did not drain well.
