We made an order for March 8, paid online. They said to pick it up from 9:00-12:00, my husband came to pick it up, there was no order, they said to wait an hour and bring the delivery home. After an hour, the flowers were not delivered! As a result, the courier brought two bouquets, ordered three!
By passing this, they ruined the mood, ruined the plans for the day!
