There are a lot of interesting, worthy historical museums: for example, a medieval wardrobe in the main hall probably stood at the Radziwills, antique and Soviet furniture, chairs, as from the story of Ilf and Petrov "12 chairs", in general, come and see for yourself. There is a river nearby, you can swim in summer. There are a lot of greenery around, palm trees, bananas, ficuses. It's really cool!!!!

A gorgeous place, a friendly receptionist, answered all questions, walked around the estate and showed everything.. There are a lot of greenery around, palm trees, magnolia, etc...The houses have a cozy atmosphere, the Svisloch river flows nearby, a barbecue, a sauna... A truly "Garden of Eden" at affordable prices.. Perhaps this is the best place to stay, relax and spend holidays...Prosperity to you, positive guests !

This is an amazing place to stop for a rest if you have a desire to combine an active and informative vacation. 20 minutes by car and we are in the center of Minsk. Morning and evening fresh air, fishing, atmospheric, cozy and colorful manor! I have been looking for such a place for a long time, as the family is large and everyone has a different concept of rest. Excellent Wi-Fi, a river for fishing, a green area with verandas and a barbecue for cooking. We are very glad that among the long searches we found this particular option!

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then this is the place for you. Cheap prices. There are rooms with amenities to choose from, and you can also rent a small family house. There are places for grilling. And you can also order a sauna and all this near the river where you can go fishing. The hosts are very hospitable. My wife and I really liked it, we will definitely come again.

A good administrator. He will help and answer the questions. Good location if you drive by car. We did not travel by public transport. Budget rooms, refrigerator inside, shared kitchen, toilet on the floor. The rooms themselves seem to be clean, but the shower and kitchen are doubtful, there was clean bedding, but with old stains... The most important thing is the price tag is as loyal as possible. You will not find such a thing in Minsk anymore, and perhaps in the regions. For the money that you paid, this is a sooo decent option. But if we didn't have a budget trip or had to stay for a couple of days, we would have chosen another location. The place has a lot to grow ;)

Two stars for having a roof and walls. That's all. The estate is infested with BEDBUGS and COCKROACHES. I left the pot with my food in the fridge. You go into the kitchen, and your food is in a frying pan and it's crawling with cockroaches. Personal boundaries are not respected at all. Not just bedbugs and cockroaches. You put things in the room allocated to you, you come back, and someone unloaded them from the closet, the closet was taken away. And so 2 times. At ten o'clock in the evening, you can find a dirty tool in your bed. The owner behaves incorrectly, and as he pleases. This is his domain! For money. The website states that 12 rubles for a room without a shower per day, In fact, for this nightmare, 15 rubles were charged per person for each night spent in this nightmare.

We spent the night in mid-October 2023. On the bank of the river, literally 20 meters. There is a lot of greenery on the territory. There are no other advantages. We were given a separate house. There is a cast-iron stove in the corner, the pipe is brought to the hole in the wall, but only brought, and ends. Between the pipe and the hole 10 cm. It looks like they tried to restore the furniture in a hurry, i.e., cover it with a stain, but they didn't even try to remove the old varnish, it flakes off. Other furniture, the door to the toilet are homemade, closed with a small board that turns on a nail. The microwave is hidden in a kind of "kitchen", very small, the door cannot be opened, something to put or take out is a problem. Only the sofa, for some reason, is new, with a faux leather upholstery. As if from the office. There is a nondescript rug on the floor. And this is for 65 Belarusian rubles. In Vitebsk we stayed in a decent hotel for 110 rubles, in Polotsk in the Lucas hotel, also good, I don't remember exactly, for 150 or something.

Our room was occupied, so we urgently began to prepare the house, which was planned to be renovated before our arrival. Yes, I can safely say that now I have seen everything. A bourgeois stove in the room, bed linen of the latest freshness, cockroaches..
But! There are advantages) Beautiful territory and, if you get into a large guest house, it is more comfortable to stay in.

Территория на самом деле райская, все по фешую, Аля Тайланд. Общие пространства внутри в таком же стиле. Хозяин выручал переводом денег за мои покупки в других местах ( где не работал Самсунг пей) , а я ему на русскую карту русскими. Парк раз прямо спасло.
Расположение чудесное - река и мостик были местом прогулки .
Домики внутри очень старые, все на соплях, перекошенное , все требует ремонта. На унитаз страшно садиться - шатается. Душевая жуткая, мылась с закрытыми глазами, чтобы не видеть. Пол, стол, плиту и ТД похоже не свои никогда. Губка для посуды лежала грязная, засаленная - не пригивалась, купила чистую , и хорошо- у нас своя посуда в машине всегда с собой.
Но зато чистое офигенно льноное постельное белье - я прямо оценила. И то что дом из дерева - очень зашло, прямо дышать хорошо.
Остались в памяти и плюсы и минусы. Плюсы ещё ,что хозяин старался помочь всем ,чем мог . Минусы- наорал на ребенка за то что он посидел в его раритетных авто памятниках на берегу ( а как он мог не посидеть,)??? И там не было написано что нельзя! И орать на реьенка я права не давала.
Ну и выронила там новую банку ( павер банк) ,сразу сказала хозяину. Так и не вернули . А она дорогая. Контингент так себе заселяется - даже пьяные крики и драки были.
Так что само место огонь, но требует рук и мозгов )

Очень понравился двор. Снимала одноместный номер. Уютно, удобно, красиво, комфортно и доступно. Так как ещё достраиваются, думаю будет ещё лучше. Есть вай фай, что мне очень пригодилось.

Достойное место за свои деньги, кто бы что не писал, место реально достойное. Особенно если присмотреться какая работа была проведена и сколько ещё предстоит. Люди на пути к намеченным целям, особенно чётко это замечаешь когда хозяин приходит в 8 утра и лично руководит процессом развития данного места. Самое интересное что человек видит и знает куда развиваться. Место красивое, дома добротные, хозяин отзывчивый, твёрдый человек. Требует женского взгляда и руки, чтоб довести до идеала. В целом место тёплое, уютное. Красивый сад есть лаундж зоны. Нам понравилось, при том что ехал с мамой и надо было пожить неделю, теперь когда поеду в Беларусь и надо будет переночевать в Минске, обязательно туда!!!

Отличное место для семейного отдыха, много раз арендовал беседки, вежливый, отзывчевый хозяин, для детей есть и горка и батут, очень красивый двор, экзотические растения

Everything is terribly dirty, cobwebs.The gazebo was not ready from the word absolutely Dirty tables, bathrooms.The refrigerator stinks of mustiness.
The sofas are all covered with a layer of sand and dust.I understand that 250 rubles . It's not that much money, but at least you can clean up in front of the guests.

Расположение: не далеко от Минска, но очень близко к усадьбе проходят дороги. Территория красивая - много экзотических растений. Чистота не на высоте. Номера не видела. Много уютных веранд.

Были на минувших выходных в бане. Место красивое. Благоустроенная территория. Редкие растения. Есть серьезные нарекания на отношение хозяина. Мягко говоря наплевательское. Изношенный туплет. И разные непонятные типы, выпивающие разными группами в разных уголках. Непонятного серо-зеленого цвета. То ли проживающие там, то ли сотрудники усадьбы. В следующий раз попытаемся найти место получше

Зона отдыха находится рядом с дорогой, в 5 км Гатово, а именно
это кожзавод, Чермет, цветмет... Думаю пояснять не стоит, что если вы хотите свежий воздух то это точно не про "Райский сад" . Усадьба находится на берегу Свислочи... Напоминаю что рядом дорожный мост (причем весьма оживленный т.к. все едут через него на промзону Шаблоны) так что рыбачить можно только с целью спортивного интереса... И то не факт.

охриненно! есть баня, мангал, беседка, веранда, кайфовая оранжерея, дивный сад в котором выращивают субтропические растения, камин, старинные часы, коты) всё это счастье находится на берегу реки) творческие люди меня поймут...

We could not even imagine that in the vicinity of Minsk, you can experience disappointment from a sauna. There is no hot water in the shower, dirt is like outside.The owner even forgot that there was a reservation for a certain time.The light in the sauna is like under the moon.In one word-Horror! I do not recommend it!

Отличное место, чтобы остановиться на пару дней, одному, с друзьями или семьёй. Есть все, что нужно для жизни. Приятным дополнением будет уникальный ботанический сад, шашлычный домик и, конечно, баня. Всем советую.

Сам проживал, но недолго, оплатил за неделю в перёд и наследующий день выехал, потому-что, хозяин этой усадьбы, о подводных камнях пои заснлении, предпочёл умолчать, с меня хватило одного, что когда позно вечером захотел попить чайку с вкусняшками, мне это желание , желание прожить там некоторое время отбили , такие существа как тараканы, их там просто сотни, ну а гостях которые снимают на сутки помещения в этой усадьбе, просто соседние домики не интересуют до часа ночи горланили любимые песни , а когда успокоились , другая частная компания занялась темже, вобщем в кратце где-то так

Более чем демократичные цены позволяют закрыть глаза на мелкие недочёты. В любом случае, владелец очень радушно принимает, всегда готов помочь, подсказать, очень хороший человек (Михаил, спасибо за гостеприимство). Есть три дома с номерами, гостевые домики во дворе, отдельная баня на дровах, в главном доме кухня, гостинная и большой настоящий камин. От остановки пять минут июпешком, маршруты ходят до самого Минска.

Rested in October 2023. When choosing a place, we were guided by reviews on the site and were very sorry. Of the advantages, only Svisloch. Of the minuses: unsanitary conditions are complete, broken furniture, cockroaches and a bunch of incomprehensible marginals wandering around the estate.

Останавливались с напарником на несколько дней. Цена приемлемая. Из минусов тараканы и постояльцы. Постоянно звон бутылок до позднего вечера и громкие пьяные разговоры. Нормально выспаться не получалось.

Всё отлично,ехал в хостол,а попал в шикарную агроусадьбу гостиничного типа,рядом речка,а на территории усадьбы куча зелёных растений,хозяин Михаил очень гостеприимый и интересный человек......,вообщем название "Райский сад"полностью себя оправдывает!В другой раз обязательно остановлюсь тут-же,рекомендую всем!

Очень достойный вариант бюджетной аренды жилья. есть комнаты с кухней и душем туалетом. Домики 1,2,3 классные. 5 мест за 60р. в день - это невероятно👍
