I would like to leave a review. I've been going to this barbershop for more than two years, but after today's situation, I won't go there anymore. I had an appointment at 3 p.m. I arrived in advance, the master was not in place, I waited patiently. As a result, the master came at 3:35 p.m. and invited another person, or rather father and son, for a haircut. I was told that they had an appointment for 3:00 p.m., but they arrived later than me, at 3:15 p.m. somewhere. We started sorting through the log entries, but it turned out that I had written everything down correctly. But the master still invited a man with a child for a haircut. No one apologized for the situation and the fact that the master was so late. Organize the work of your employees and keep an electronic record or an adequate record so that such situations do not occur again. And it's not the first time I've encountered a lateness of the master in your barbershop.

A good salon, I only get my hair cut here at Barber Arbat. The prices are average. Not far from the train station.
