An agency where everyone is responsible for their words. I did not work, but asked for help in obtaining a visa. You won't believe it, it's impossible to get a visa to South Korea in Belarus. There is not a single relevant visa application center and the consulate leaves much to be desired. I was lucky that a friend worked through an Ego agency in Korea and advised me. 10 days without any fuss and I have the visa in my hands. That's the level!
